I needed to update my Will. The following day I received relevant documents for signature and witness. When I have the need to phone planning B. I am always spoken to respectively and have the opportunity to conclude feeling happy in the knowledge that when the time comes my Executors will have, if necessary help from Planning B.

From start to finish the process was made very simple. The forms were each marked as to where they were to be signed which saved a lot of time.

Chris came out and visited us at home to discuss putting together wills, trusts and power of attorneys for us. We found him to be very friendly and he put us at ease very quickly, we discussed in detail what we required and he was extremely knowledgeable about these subjects.

Chris Mills came to our house to give free advice on making our Wills. He explained the options open to us and was informative and helpful. He gave us a balanced view of what was available to us. I emailed him a couple of weeks later asking a few questions and he replied promptly. My husband and I decided to use Chris Mills to do our Wills and the process, so far, has been smooth. He is professional, friendly and knows his subject.

The first thing I thought was great was that they came to the house, with me being disabled this got got a big thumbs up. The gentleman that came was such a lovely person he explained everything in a way I understood. They gave me time to process everything.
