Further to an advisory telephone consultation, an appointment was made for a home visit to facilitate further discussion and decisions. Paralegal, Chris Stratford arrived at the appointed time and was friendly and quickly put me at ease. He was able to answer all my queries in understandable language, showing interest and understanding of my situation, showing what appeared to be genuine interest for my future planning without patronising me or making me feel silly.
I await the next steps with interest but so far I would highly recommend the company and the staff.
