I recently had to make an amendment to my will originally made through Planning Bee, who were excellent. It was very straightforward and there was no charge for this which I found amazing. 👏 Very understanding and friendly. Would recommend 100%

I first spoke to Janis Glide who was most helpful and pleasant, who arranged for Sharon Stephenson, a Paralegal to visit me, to update my will.
Sharon was so knowledgeable, thorough, and clear in her explanations. She gave me helpful explanations about other legal protections that I am seriously considering ( there was no pressure)
I am most impressed by this group.

The whole experience from initial contact, to when we received our final Wills was so simple and pleasant we wondered why we had put it off for so long! The staff were really helpful and put us at our ease.

Scammers , my Brother tried to cancel but told no as he was after the 14 day cooling off period even though he had not received any contract or draft in writing. He had paid £1500 on the day of Nick’s first call. Ed also was abusive and used bullying tactics. My brother decided in the end to cut his loses as he felt he wouldn’t get any refund only more stress and hassle from the planning bee team. Sadly 6 months later he passed away with no last will and testament which wouldn’t have been the case if he’d gone with a professional legal firm and not a paralegal company that only means they have worked in a legal environment for few years.

I dealt with Planning Bee firstly in 2023 when they very effectively wrote our wills, drew up our POAs and put our home into trust for my family.
I thoroughly recommend Planning Bee as being very efficient and knowledgeable about future planning.
Today I contacted them to make an amendment to my will which they are doing very willingly FOC. How many companies would do that? Not many!

Last year Chris Mills came to see us to advise us on Estate Planning. His advice included Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and protecting our home by placing it into trust. We took Chris’s advice, however, shortly after one of our trustees circumstances changed, and we could no longer use him. Chris kindly spoke to us at length and passed on the circumstances to the company, who very kindly offered to redraft our documents with a new trustee free of charge. Chris then came to visit us again with the new documents which were signed and returned. We would like to thank Chris and the company for their kindness and supporting us above and beyond during this sad period. We now feel relieved that everything is settled and finalised. I was having to change a few documents as I was getting divorced, I’d already had The Planning Bee in 2020,so I called up and Phil Perkins sorted it all for me. Trust documents , revised , New Will and letter of wishes. Excellent service start to finish!

Today, I spoke with a very professional guy called Finlay Coss, who provided me with a superb service when I needed to amend my Executor on my existing WILL.
