I received excellent service from Chris Mills. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had my Will changed, which was much easier to understand than my previous one, and new L.P.As sorted.
Chris also went over and above his remit by helping me with an ongoing financial issue with my house. I would highly recommend the company's efficient service and Chris Mills in particular.

Everything concerning my Property Trust was made so easy to deal with, I never even had to leave my home! Ed explained everything clearly and also checked my self prepared will to ensure everything was in order. He arranged a suitable time to get everything signed when my daughter would also be available. I was kept informed as various stages were completed so I knew when to expect my copy! May appear to be expensive but considering the stress it will save loved ones, later financial loss, my peace of mind, totally worth it!

Very good advice, professional service

Due to my husband health was necessary to have home visit. His conditions were many so for him to not be stressed perfect soulution.
He explained process of writing will in terms my husband could understand.
The process of writing will was easy then sent to us in 2 weeks for verification it was what we wanted. Was signed and returned that day.
2 weeks later we had we had will in our hands no fuss our families our happy now

Text not phoned hour before appointment tme and nothing since.myself and partner had arranged our day around this and i had an odd feeling since didnt get text confirmation day before. Unacceptable short notice. Messers I wouldn't do business with them

A very straightforward and simple “ face to face” meeting that put us both at ease when discussing our Wills. Our wishes were translated in a style that made everything clear and easy to understand.
The addition of references to digital data, photos and mobile phones etc was something we had considered but not really thought could be addressed in this way - very helpful.
In all a very comprehensive service for a very modest fee. We would be happy to refer you to others when the occasion arises.

This company cancelled two appointments at very late notice, like within four hours of due time. Exceptionally poor performance! Do not bother making an appointment if it is just for will writing at the £59.00 rate. Obviously it is not worth them turning up! Absolutely disgusting behaviour! I have now waited for two appointments one week apart each time, and at my age of 90 it is just too much of an imposition. Do not trust them, they are unworthy!

I can not praise this company enough. Their help and understanding was immense especially from Chris Mills. Anyone who is thinking of making a will can do no better than to contact this professional and understanding company.
