Excellent from start to finish. The delivery guys went the extra mile too, storing items safely at the side of the house even though we told them to leave it on the drive. Can’t fault this company a... Toon meer

If you go for a self closing system make sure you add soft closer as well
If you go for a self closing system, make sure you add soft closer to your order. Otherwise you end up like me looking at the door slamming against the door frame. How naive I was thinking surely the most expensive option will come with soft closer in it.When I called James I heard from him that people are normally aware of it and only because I’m not a trader/installer I made this mistake and assumed something. If this was the case website should only be allowed for a traders? Had to order separate soft closer and on the top of that pay extra to installers for removing door architrave and part of a skirting to be able to fit it. Website should be more customer friendly when ordering, more clear explanation for dumb people like me🤷

Excellent service and straightforward
I needed a pocket door as my living room and dining room is open plan and we wanted something to close the room off without making it feel cramped, after searching endlessly on other websites i came across The Pocket Door Company.
Their website is easy to use and can find what you need in seconds, with the size guide available to help you decide which frame is needed to suit you.
Delivery is quick as it tends to come next day as promise.
If needed i would use again

Dear Alan,
I'm really sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your delivery, and I completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery and the lack of clear communication.
Although we rely on a third-party delivery service to handle shipments, we recognise that your overall experience is our responsibility. It's clear that the service you received fell short of our usual standards, and for that, we deeply apologise.
We’ve already contacted the delivery company to investigate what went wrong, and we're working hard to prevent something like this from happening again. If you still need any assistance with your delivery or have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us directly. We’re here to help and ensure that everything is resolved to your satisfaction.
Once again, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, and we hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and for giving us the opportunity to improve.
Good ordering and delivery very good. Instructions could be improved. Quality on materials good.
Ordering and delivery very good.
Time frame for delivery and keeping up dated excellent.
Instructions for installation could be better.
Reason for 4 star rating due to instructions otherwise would be 5 stars.
