Our dog was so relaxed. She loves it, and so do we.

We have been pleased with ReNu but for us we noticed that we needed much less soap. It actually seem to clog the machine and didn't work as well when we followed the recommended amount. Our dog took awhile to get use to it but overall, she seems happy when we use it. It is nice, but we do feel that a real bath is also important.

In my opinion, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I received a defective product with a mist function that never worked properly. I contacted customer support multiple times asking for a refund or replacement, but my issue remains unresolved.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. Please do your own research, read independent reviews carefully, and verify everything before placing an order. I regret spending my hard-earned money and hope other buyers don't end up with the same disappointing experience.

The sprayer does not always work. It seems like it is hit and miss. Most times the liquid just dribbles out. This is my second comb. My first comb did not charge or spray.

It’s an amazing brush! It gets stuff up that normal brushes just don’t. Plus the button that pushes the hair out is so easy to use I love it! I highly recommend this! And it shipped so fast! Your pet will thank you!

I purchased 2 brushes for my skittish dogs. Each worked beautifully for several days but then abruptly stopped working (light would come on but no spray would come out). I tried charging fully, rinsing and trying to clean the nozzle , etc. but I could not get them to work. I have tried contacting the company 3 times now, trying different emails and contacting forms, but have gotten no response at all. Reading reviews it looks like this is not an uncommon problem. So frustrating because when it was working I loved it! Not sure how they can be giving a money-back guarantee but not responding to customer service questions 🙃

My dog hates getting wet, this is perfect, works well, better than expected actually

The brush doesn’t work well for poodles as their fur is too thick. This resulted in having to do a full “pre brush” with their regular brush, and even then the brush doesn’t go through easily. The bottles are also tiny, like a travel eye drops size (not like the size depicted in the photos). The brush might work for short haired dogs but the bottles are laughably small. Perhaps if you had a short haired teacup chihuahua this would make sense.

Their website simultaneously says 30 day money back guarantee and 365 day money guarantee but they are trying to negotiate for me to pay half price and keep the brush. It’s very irritating to have to argue with their customer service back and forth via email. They even asked me to send them a video as if I have time for that. Do not recommend and will be pursuing a chargeback with my credit card company.

Very easy to use and makes grooming a breeze. Works as advertised.

My fur baby loves being brushed with the ReNu brush with the bathing mist. It keeps her fur very soft.

It literally took almost 3 weeks to get my order. The owner did send out messages regarding my order being delayed multiple times, but when emailed back no response. Now the product is very good and my dog loves everything about the Renu brush and mist.

The mist is not working properly. It seems like the issue is not with the main brush motor but with the internal mist pump system. I already tried charging and using it correctly but there is still no proper spray. It looks like a possible manufacturing defect in the mist function.

Unfortunately My Lilly crossed the bridge before I got to use it for her. I did donate it to my locate shelter.

Dogs are learning to relax and enjoy. We are so much better ourselves. No dreading the grooming anymore.

Even after charging for hours the mist does not work.

It was my fault I couldn’t find the brush. Wow it’s awesome. I had to put the subscription on hold bc I have 12 refills. I have 2 shepherds that I have to brush most everyday. This seems to do a better job on their undercoats.

They’re both registered pet partners. We bring our dogs to comfort others. They have to be groomed before a visit. I never bathe my shepherds unless it’s absolutely necessary. This product does both and it’s purrrfect before taking them on a visit to a hospital or school.

My little girl finally sits still and I am able to brush her.
