Forced to sign up for a subscription. Canceled subscription, with proof in email from their customer service. They charged me again 4 months later and then promised to cancel my subscription which was already supposed to be canceled. Do not give this company your credit card!

My rescue is terrified of the bath and cleaning him has been a very stressful time for both of us and with this brush it completely calms him down and makes his fur smell amazing and free without him fighting me.

The itching almost completely stopped the first day of use. I wish I had found this product 15 years ago. It would have saved thousands of dollars in prescription medication

If there was a zero star, I would give it! Poor customer service. The brush was ordered and never received; sadly, customer service has been non-responsive. Buyer beware

I like that the scent is very light. It doesn't bother my dog or me. He ends up smelling and looking fresh. It revives the curl in his coat.
The hair removal from the brush is super easy and saves time compared to a regular slicker.

The grooming brush too a very long time to arrive. After only 5 uses it stopped charging and now I have a supply of the mist that is useless with more coming on a subscription.
Definately not a good quality lasting product.

I have 2 very active dogs and my house has been drowning in hair for as long as I can remember and I saw this brush on Facebook and didn't think it would help but thought I'd give it a try. I couldn't be more surprised it gets so much fur out of my babies coats that my house looked brand new after only about a week of using it. My babies would get the zoomies everytime I would try to bathe them and with this brush they completely just stay still and relax. It's like their own little spa day. Couldn't recommend this enough. I got one for my sister and she loves it as well!

Order was placed with this company 12-1-2025 at 5:50 pm- when saw in confirmation that it was for a subscription immediately on 12-1-2025 at 5:53 pm it was canceled(emails) On 7-30-2026 at 11:16 pm email received that a subscription delivery was placed!!! for something that had been canceled 12-1-2025(email) there was no order placed, money was taken out of my bank- called their customer service 2x, they couldn't answer why this happened, said they would issue refund (?) Only email received was that the same subscription # was canceled yet again from 8 months ago when it was canceled, no mention to the $46.64 refund!!! That was automatically taken out of my bank!!! For a service that was canceled over 7 months ago!! Called back said they cant send the refund info, that has to come from the approval department!! Approval for what! This was canceled 7mos ago, this should of never happened, It was not authorized it was canceled months ago, I would call that Fraud and will be directed to the proper authority! Do not do business with them
I've been on the phone 2x with the customer service. They have all the information you need!!! Your reply is not acceptable, the information you already have, still no email regarding any refund only yet ANOTHER Cancelation email.

It was so easy to use and with having 3 pugs who are shedding their undercoat it was a Godsend! Thanks so much!!!

The tool is good, but it does not mist as frequently/consistently as I would hope. I think it is overpriced, but I like the idea of it and my dogs didn't oppose.

I had read that people were enrolled in subscriptions they did not authorize. I did not think this would happen to me. I made sure there was no subscription when I purchased. Five days later, I am charged for a subscription. On my ReNu account, I click on “Manage Subscriptions.” It says, “You don’t have any active subscriptions.” I called customer service. They said they are sorry I do not see it on my side, but there is a subscription. I went through the fact that I intentionally made sure there was no subscription with the purchase, my receipt has no subscription, and my account says I have no subscription, but somehow I am being I enrolled in one? I received a refund and was told there is no continuing subscription. I haven’t even opened the brush, but even if it’s the best item ever created, it’s not worth it. There is something predatory going on. Don’t think it won’t happen to you because you’ll be smarter than other people who overlooked something. This has nothing to do with the consumer’s selections and everything to do with the company’s intention to get recurring income undetected.

Maggie, four year old Goldendoodle, does not care to be brushed. It’s always a hassle. Not with her new brush! She sat calmly as l gently brushed her coat. Fabulous experience. Definitely would recommend!

My dogs loved it, very relaxing for them. They were both softer and less smelly. Got a good amount of hair off of them the first time, now we have been brushing them because they love it so much. When we pet them they don’t lose a bunch of hair anymore. Very happy with this product and the customer service is amazing.

I thought the brush was good when I used it .
I had 2 issues with this: it came with no instructions (info on the charging cord, batteries, how to clean the item).
Also I suddenly had a thirty some dollar charge to my account for membership I did not recall signing up for any membership (maybe I just missed it) however I did not want a membership and have sent request to terminate membership asap.

I love this brush. The steam is gentle and nice. My dog enjoys being brushed. He is now clleaner, softer, and sheds less. A great product!

Hey, my boy is a big Rottweiler, 7yrs old, acts like he is 1yr. old. He loves to be groomed. Each time I take him out for a walk, I take my brush. I brush him almost everyday. He looks amazing. And what is even more of an incentive to grooming him like this is that others with their hairy best friends are also doing the same. It really shows on him, his clean shiny coat is black, so he really sparkles.

I like the brush. My husky is not a fan of getting brushed but she is starting to like it a little better since I started using the ReNu brush. So far I have been happy with my purchase.

With this air quality being so bad! It has been great! I dont want her fur contaiminated! The smell is so soothing. I recommend this product 150%.
