My dog loves this misting brush. All I have to do is get it out, and she comes over to me. It calms her, and it really cleans up her short coat. She is shiny and healthy looking.

I've used every grooming tool you can imagine and none of them worked as well as this freshfur brush. It didnt arrived all broken and the bottles didn't spill plus ustomer service changed my address right away after I put the wrong one.

The brush felt like good quality but the instructions were confusing and their support was not the best but after a little back and forth i was able to make it work and my dog loves it

It was so much calmer than trying to get my dog in the tub , and he smells alot better I think this is a keeper

Both my dogs loved the RENU experience. After the application process they were happy and more relaxed. I would definitely recommend to dog parents and treat your love pups even more!

I was only going to give 2 or 3 stars ⭐️ because it took SO LONG for me to receive it, but my 89 lb Lab really seems to love her steam cleaning.

Brush looks interesting and I havent seen this misting feature before seems pretty cool but my dog doesn't like the mist and is scared of the brush. I dont know if he needs more time or if the brush just doesnt work or not. The Renu support gave me some good tips but I think I just need to give him more time to adjust

There are not to many pet products that look good (or cool enough) to be left out but this one is so unique that I feel like I have to show it off. My babies coat looks so much healither now and works wonders for shedding. Arrived in 5 days after I placed the order.

I really like the groomer, and use it all the time. However, I have too many refills, can I pause any further shipments until I use the ones I have???

I placed an order for the ReNu FreshFur Shower Brush & two bottles of the cleansing mist more than a month ago. I was immediately charged but the order never arrived. I’ve tried to contact the company multiple times for a refund but they've ignored my emails.

I was very very suprised by the quality of this brush! Order stuff on facebook I usually don't expect much but this does not feel like a cheap product and the button that dispeneses the bristles is increidbily staisfying lol. I think thats why my pup loves it so much... Everything arrived quick within 3 days of ordering and when I had an issue with the product not working the customer service responded very quickly. Wish I found this sooner!!

Wish I could give this fake company 0 stars! I placed my order on July 9, and still haven’t gotten it today (August 13).
I reached out to the company and got hung up on after 15 minutes of talking with someone.
After calling back, the weirdo lady said she couldn’t guarantee a refund and it was up to the Claims Department. I asked for there number/email, and she “didn’t have it”.
Beware of this fake company!
I’ve filed a complaint with my bank, so hopefully they take care of it.

If I could give them zero I would. My subscription was cancelled in April yet this company have reactivated my account, taken money fraudulently and ignored my complaints. The customer service appears to be AI. Avoid this corrupt company.

The product is terrible and doesn't do what they say it will.

Edit: I contacted Nora as suggested and still no response, explanation or refund.

Shipping took longer than expected, but I was notified about the delay. The product is really easy to use and my 2 poodles fur felt amazing after I brushed them.

This company is wonderful to work with prompt in my refunding and the best I have ever dealt with great product as well.

We have a German Shorthair Pointer & having a brush that catches the hair is great! Also, shipment was super fast.

The brush was amazing and the scent is great. His coat felt amazing and looked shiny! Thank you

The customer service is exemplary and very fast. My cat had developed matted fur on his back bc our dog likes to groom him. Lol. The renu kit was easy and quick with removing the mats and he didn't even mind it! I would highly recommend Renu for any pet owners.
