Had an issue with the brush not charging the first time but I got a replacement really quickly without any questions and the new one works as advertised

The thing pulls a lot more undercoat than any slicker brush I've owned before the house is much less furry

Honestly, the long unanticipated delay in delivery of the product was really frustrating and I considered seeking cancelling my order, however when the product ordered in July 9th finally arrived on August 31st I was partially relieved. My angst subsided in discovering that the brush and solution were easy to apply and that my skittish dog Lunaa seemed to enjoy the gentle misting action and brushing effect enough to lay on her back to allow me to brush her chest and stomach areas. Touche! Kudos to the designers of this product and applicator. I'm impressed 👍🏿😁. J Palmer

Agree with another user. Brush didn't produce mist, was just a brush effectively. Didn't sign up to a subscription but still got charged. They said cancelled and would refund but never appeared despite them saying it had been processed that day. Strangely it had been processed that day 3 times over a month! AI response very time. I would not be surprised if they keep trying to take money...complete scam company dont buy!
After posting the review they have replied that they have refunded the money but I would be very surprised if this ever appears as that is what they always say. I will update...

For the first time it wasn't a struggle trying to groom Duke. He LOVED IT and now when he sees me grab ReNu, he comes and lies down so he can get pampered!

The product works just as advertised. I didn’t realize that it would take one bottle of solution per treatment. This the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

This company is running a huge scam. They will fraudulently sign you up for a recurring subscription that you never agreed to and charge your credit card over and over again. Do not buy from them!

I made a one-time purchase from ReNu and did not knowingly or intentionally enroll in a recurring subscription or authorize ongoing charges to my payment method. After my initial purchase, I was charged three separate times for a recurring subscription that I had not agreed to. I contacted ReNu by email after discovering the recurring charges and specifically requested that they stop charging me and refund the subscription charges. ReNu responded and stated that they would issue a refund and pass along my information/request. Despite this, I have not received the refund that ReNu previously indicated would be issued. Oh, and the dog brush sucks too.

Does the job for light shedding but for heavier coat seasons I still need a full bath so not a complete replacement which I was hoping it would be.

I love the product! It was easy and worked great on my dog.
The downside is they made a second charge to my account five days later. I was alerted by my fraud. Don’t know what that was about.

I already reached out with why I don't like the device. Someone is supposed to contact me on how to do a return and get a refund. Please reach out. Thank you

I recently ordered the brush and solution...I received the solution but no brush. After two emails to them I still have no brush. I think Ill send the solution back as it is no good to me....order with caution...

I am continually being charged $39.99 at least once a week and I did not sign up for any subscription! I emailed customer service the first time and was assured these unauthorized charges would be credited back and no other charges would occur. The very next day 2 more charges of $39.99 showed up on my account! I emailed again and this time, NO ONE ANSWERED! Terrible company, fraudulent charges and the brush and oils are not worth the money I paid. Would return if someone would provide information on how to return. Buyer beware! If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Product seems sturdy. My senior Brittany Spaniel was relaxed and didn’t make a fuss while I used it on him. The liquid cleaner smell was not overpowering. This was a good purchase. I’m happy with it.

My anxious resuce leans into it now and we dont have to go to the groomer as much and thats made her life so much better!

Love the brush and the light moisture and cleaning it provides!

Honestly, a very disappointing experience with ReNu. My brush arrived defective and the mist never worked properly. I contacted support several times for a replacement or refund, but neither has been properly resolved and I’ve had to keep chasing them.

Looking at other recent reviews, I’m not the only one—customers mention faulty mist functions, missing orders, delayed refunds/replacements, poor communication, and unexpected subscription charges even after cancellation.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering without doing your own research and checking the subscription terms carefully.

It takes a while for your order to come

It's nice to use. She sheds badly but it's short and doesn't get much hair off.

I was surprise the Bottles were so small, other than that the Product works. I use this Product on 08/26/2026
