Over 2 months in and still don’t have the rug. Slow responses from customer service. I’ve asked several times when expected delivery, where it’s being shipped from and still no answer.

Love both of my rugs! Sizing perfect and colors accurate to the description. If they say wine, it’s wine. If they say gold, it’s gold. Knots are soft to the touch and rugs are well done and strong. I am
So happy. It takes a while for them to get done but it is worth every month. I am ordering more now to use on my staircases.

I previously wrote a 1 star review because of the time it took to receive the rug. I am back to update my review to **5 STARS**!! My 9x12 rug was worth the wait! Though it took 4 months to make, it shipped incredibly quickly (~3-4 days from India) and the quality of the rug blew me away. It is absolutely gorgeous. Deepak, the customer service agent, was extremely patient with me and very quick to respond every time I reached out. He explained where my rug was in the creation process and provided updated timing along the way. Though I had been frustrated while waiting, I am grateful for his quick communication and the quality of the final product encouraged me to update my review. Trust the process! It was worth it! 5 Freaking Stars!!!!!!

My custom sized oushak rug arrived! Opened it yesterday and it is more vibrant, with bigger pattern in person! It is beautiful and fits perfect!

I expected the made-to-order one to take time, which it did. But when I contacted customer service to inquire about it, they would email me back right away with the information. It’s clear that this business cares about quality and service.

I have a weakness for hand-knotted rugs, so I’ve been thrilled to find so many incredible designs and colors from them at fabulous prices. I look forward to ordering from them again!

Absolutely love my new rug!! The colors are gorgeous. I would order again without hesitation. The size was exact. The quality is high and it was much softer than I expected. It rolled out easily with almost no wrinkles/creasing.

I am so happy with my rug! I was looking for ages for a rich, teal or turquoise wool area rug to go in my library. I ordered a sample from TRD first, so knew the color, weave, and materials I would be getting.
It took about 7 weeks to get my 6x9 foot rug, and when I inquired about the status around week 4, they answered promptly.

Beautiful rugs, this was my 3rd purchase from them and each time they delivered what was promised. They had just what I was looking for in color and style and I received it as they mentioned on the website. Will buy again from them as they have reasonable prices.

The rug is exactly as I ordered and is excellent quality. The rug shipped from India and took a couple weeks to arrive which is expected. My one quibble is the rug was folded for shipping and the crease is not relaxing as quickly as I would have preferred. Over all I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from Rug Decor again. They have an outstanding selection.

Processed the entire cost of the rug order to my card and never delivered. Ordered Jan 2 got refund in the past few days. You get no delivery info without pressing them then you get the run around while they’re using your money for their business in my experience.

Just received your reply. Too bad this site is worthless. Would you like to reveal our emails and timelines? So, then let’s focus on your complete lack of transparency with customers regarding their orders! Always stringing us along. The LAST one before YOU cancelled makes excuses because of INDIAN Holi festivities. B please.

The product was horrible and didn't work at all, just left a mess on the floor. Threw it in the garbage.

So far so good but I’m still waiting for my rug. Will review after I get it.
