I am so happy with my rug purchase. The colors are vibrant, with a beautiful construction. I ran into an issue with my order and the customer service I received to sort it out was 10/10. They were kind and patient, and worked with me closely to resolve the issue. I will definitely purchase from them again.

The rug is made well. One thing though, the color it was shown on the website was much lighter than the actual rug.

I’m feeling a bit bougie - as I know the rug is bespoke, having been made just for me. (Even though I know every rug is made specifically for each customer!) It’s excellent quality. The care and pride put into making it and sending it are appreciated! I’m going to order another rug from you!

I have not received my rug ordered on December 8, 2024. I was told by your customer support, rugs are "custom made" but 8 1/2 weeks is a long time. Customer support also said my rug should be finished last week and I would receive an email informing me of the shipment and delivery date early the week of February 3rd. No word yet. It's already been charged to my credit card. Beginning to believe this is an internet scam.

The rug is very good quality & colours & design great. The only disappointing thing was that I had requested that the fringing to be removed from the two edges & it arrived with fringing. Client was not very pleased.

I placed an order #6920 on 11/26/2024. It has been 57 days. I have been trying to call the company and have reached out via email for several days and no answer/response. The caller actually disconnects. This is very unprofessional. I feel like I have been scammed out of $1200.

The rug is gorgeous. It does pile but hopefully it will stop soon with frequent vacuuming, not a big deal. It’s soft and much more mellow in color than in pictures which actually worked great for our space. However, even though the rug was marked as “Ready to ship” it took 10 days for it to receive a shipping label and then another 10 to be delivered. Well wrapped

Very pleased with my rug, soft wool and beautiful dyes. I was able to select a size perfect for the space.

When I had an inquiry about my order, it was answered promptly, accurately and in a friendly manner. the reason for my giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that my rugs took quite a bit longer to arrive than I expected (that's what my inquiry was about). A "heads up" about that would have been nice to have.

I ordered a custom made rug for our office, which I paid for up front, Though it took a little longer than I anticipated, my inquiries were always met with courteous and professional responses and when the rug arrived we were quite pleased with the quality, condition, design and correct specifications. They did a great job and we would order again.

The rug is as beautiful as pictured. The pattern & colors are soft and there is a stripe running through that I wasn't expecting, but it shows that the rug is definitely hand made. Would recommend.

Final update!
New rug arrived! It’s just as I hoped.
See below for my journey with The Rug Decor. The big take away is yes, they make very nice rugs and will send them to you, but the commutation along the way really leaves something to be desired. Multiple times they gave timelines they did not meet and failed to keep me updated to changes in those timelines. It was also very difficult to get in contact with them and really made me feel doubtful of their business.

Update - Yesterday I posted this: I'm having the same issue as other recent customers. I was excited to find a source for an unusually sized rug and willing to wait for a custom product. I Ordered my rug on Oct. 25, 2024 with a date range of delivery within 20-50 days. Received an email saying it would be made in 35 day and to reply to that email if I had any questions. I have now reached out by email 3 time with no responses. I've tried calling and gotten the generic Verizon "Your call can not be completed as dialed" answered. While I understand that these things take time I would really appreciate communication around the process and changes in timeline. Feeling quite disappointed.... I hope it can be resolved soon.

Update:
After receiving the response here I reached out to customer service and received a prompt reply and update regarding my order. While I’m still disappointed with the lack of communication, hope is restored.

I’ll update again once I’ve gotten shipping information and once I’ve received the product.

Great quality, beautiful rug that arrived much sooner than expected.

Help!!!! I have been desperately searching for a rug and found one at The Rug Decor and it’s in stock! Yay! I have a couple questions regarding the order and the phone number at the bottom of their page does not go through (message from Verizon). No response to emails I sent and chat is also unavailable. This scares me to place an order. Has anyone from this site? Is it reputable? I am have Christmas at my house and need the rugs asap!
