Horrible experience! I ordered my rug on Oct. 10, 2024 with a date range of delivery within 20-50 days. They charged my credit card on Oct. 11, 2024. After 60 days and no email or rug, I emailed them but received no response. I patiently waited another 10 days and emailed again but received no response. I have also called the phone number at the bottom, or footer, of their website. A generic Verizon "Your call can not be completed as dialed" answered. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from therugdecor.com website or company.

Got what I ordered in a timely way. Excellent customer service answered questions promptly. I've purchased 5 rugs and will buy more.

Rug arrived in a timely manner. It’s beautiful. Only had one question about the fringe. Why is it not on all four sides of a square rug. This was disappointing. But I still give a five star review.

Rug was not even close to the color of blue on the website or described. It was described and looked like a bright turquoise and came in a dusty blue. Unacceptable

I received an email noting that the incorrect size rug pad was ordered which I appreciated. But when I responded a couple times that I would like it changed no one responded. They sent the incorrect size.

I love my rug! I ordered a 12 ft. runner for my hallway and it was just as described. I ordered in early August and it came in late September. Worth the wait! Would definitely order from them again!

We were able to order a high quality rug in the size we wanted. The rug is well-made of tightly woven, thick wool. The color and pattern are lovely. Customer service was great in responding to our special request.

I ordered our rug based on an internet picture. It was perfect, the colors were as pictured and the entire process was seamless.

There are a lot of size options - in addition to a lot of gorgeous rug - on this website. I was able to order the exact size I needed for my hallway in a specific rug I wanted.

The runner came very well packaged and looks stunning. It has brightened up my long hallway!

Although it took some time before it shipped, the result is a beautiful made to order rug. Prices are excellent for a custom sized rug. You have to remain patient, the process is long but worth it.
