The rug is absolutely beautiful and very well made. It’s thick and very comfortable to walk on. I’ve read other reviews that mentioned communication was an issue but I received a reply within a day when inquiring about the rug shipment timeframe. I do wish there was an electronic way to track your rug as it nears completion but I will say it’s more than worth the wait!

I loved the flexibility you offered in sizing, design and color. We ended up ordering a custom rug and are very happy with the result. We will definitely be back.

I bought a rug, the order was cancelled with no communication from the company for the reasons, I think it was because the price was wrong. I emailed to ask what happened and no response. I loved the rug, but am having mixed feelings buying again from a company with such poor customer service

When I ordered the rug, I didn’t realize it would take as long as it did to receive it. Also, no follow-up email giving me an expected period of delivery. I felt the rug I received did not match the color of the picture shown on the website. The rug itself was of very good quality.

As described and shipped quickly

This is my second purchase from Rug Decor, and I’d gladly purchase more. Customer service promptly responds to questions and the quality is fabulous for the price point.

The rug took a little longer than was estimated, but I reached out to them, and they quickly responded and kept me up to date on the progress. They also refunded me a little for the inconvenience. When the rug finally arrived, it was even more beautiful than the pictures. I was very pleased with the rug and would definitely order from them again.

I had an issue with a rug I ordered so I emailed the company. I received a response the very next day and an offer to correct the issue by sending out a new rug. I received the new rug promptly! I would highly recommend this company for the quality and beauty of the rugs but mainly for the EXCELLENT customer service they offer!

I love our new rug from Rug Decor. The colors match the colors on the website which I was concerned about.
The communication through email was great. My only complaint was that the phone number had been discontinued! But Deepak got back to me right away with all of my emails. The shipment was quick. I’m very impressed.

We used this company because it had the best designs for dark green rugs, which are somewhat hard to find. I searched about 15 sites and hundreds of green rugs before selecting one. Yes, I'm picky. Sixty-five days after I placed our order, the rug arrived very well protected and packed. When we placed it in the foyer, we were delighted! Gorgeous! Thick under foot, correctly sized, such beautiful colors, lovely design!
Although the rug itself receives 5 stars, the service from the company receives 4 because they did not answer my early email inquiring about their return policy and did not initiate communication about the rug being late. My early question had been, "How could we return something within 30 days when the product would be delivered within 30-60 days?" I think this policy could be better explained on their website. From the customers' point of view, they often feel uneasy about a company that seems shady on returns. In the end, though, we could not be more pleased with our rug from the rug decor.

I liked the variety of sizes, but the colors of the rug were not bright like they were online. I decided to keep the rug because I didn't want to deal with shipping back a 9x12 run. The quality does seem good!

I ordered a rug and pad for my client. It took much longer than expected. When trying to track it there was no way to speak with anyone. I finally made a complaint against the company and then what do you know I get an email saying the rug was shipping the next day. Rug arrived and it is completely different from the rug shown online. The rug is mostly tan whereas the rug online looked mostly green. The description online said olive, cream and blue rug. Needless to say my client and I are very unhappy.

We ordered with some trepidation, given that TheRugDecor has no physical presence in the US (at least as far as we could tell). But after seeing TrustPilot reviews and then exchanging a couple of preliminary emails, we closed our eyes and jumped. Two months later -- to the day -- our beautiful custom rug arrived. It was 2.5 inches larger in one dimension, a half-inch larger in the other, and the colors were lighter than we imagined they'd be from online images. But no matter .. the rug is beautiful and well-made. We'll probably order another soon.

Worth the wait. Love these rugs. The colors, the textures, the way there where shipped was amazing and they were so protected! Highly recommend.
