Very annoying business, we purchased a rug on Etsy, which the total cost would normally cover all postage and taxes. We are now being hounded by Fedex for an extra £60. Despite being told this would be sorted out, it has not been sorted now 8 weeks later. 4 letters from Fedex so far, what are you guys playing at?

Therugdecor.com was very helpful in working with us on a custom-size rug. They provided useful layout proofs, and communicated clearly. The finished product arrived in a timely way and is even nicer than we hoped. Very happy.

Beautiful rug! It was made to order so of course it took about two months but it was worth it. I feel like some complaints here come from people not reading the full shipping agreement which states it takes 20-45 business days. You do have to search for it a little. They were right on the money because it took mine about 23 days to get to me. Again, it’s really gorgeous, especially for the price!

The rug arrived well wrapped for it's voyage from overseas. The quality is as described and the colors are
saturated , beautiful and look like the photo. The lead time said 30 days I thought, but my rug was also made to order I think rather than one that was in stock, so it took closer to 60 days to receive it.

Updating as I did receive the rug which is beautiful and fits the space perfectly. I give the rug 5 stars but customer service is a 1. I ordered a rug on 11/21/23 with an estimated 6 week lead time. I contacted the company on 1/5/24 with an updated an they indicated the rug was shipping. As of 1/23, there is no shipping information available on the rug, and they did not respond to my last email to refund my money. I do not believe this is a legitimate company.

I LOVE MY NEW RUG! They were very responsive to my messages and were kind, direct and honest. I asked for an update and they even told me how many feet left the weavers had to go until completion! The rug arrived on time with 1+ months to spare, via fed ex- it was nice being able to track it the entire way. Their custom designs are unique and their color choices are beautiful. I would order from them again.

I worked with The Rug Decor to have one of their rugs custom made for me in a color scheme and size to work in my space and it is absolutely perfect. They worked with me on color selection, sent me a sample and delivered the rug within anticipated timelines.

I am not a fan of paying a lot of money for an item (rug) and then hearing absolutely nothing from the company weeks later. This is frustrating and discerning. This company needs to send follow-up email(s) like other biz's do - order getting ready, order in production, order shipping soon... it sure would help with my satisfaction as a customer. Hopefully, I will soon be leaving a review on a beautiful rug that was shipped with care...

I received absolutely no information since I placed the order. Your email distinctly says that once the order is processed value, you will get the shipping tracking next, etc. information got nothing I have been worried about this so I attempted to go on your website and called the number listed. It won’t dial I’ve been unable to contact you, so I have no idea what’s going on with this order.

I purchased a rug and wanted it by a specific date, can’t get any response when I will get it or even where in the process we are, super frustrating not getting response to numerous emails but I do keep getting this survey wanting to “rate” something I haven’t seen yet.

My husband and I ordered this rug on August 3rd and it came in on the 13th of September and it’s perfect! I was a little nervous ordering through this site, but it came in perfect condition and it ties my living room together perfectly!
