TheRugShopUK Reviews

Order #1000046373 very easy buying experience and very happy with my rug. Only downside is there’s so many offers on the website be careful to choose the one giving the most off the price, I could have had slightly more off which is disappointing

Really pleased with the rug I ordered. Website was easy to navigate and prices were really competitive. Delivery was really quick and went without a hitch. Would definitely recommend this company.

Order #2000066403 Reached in 10 business days. It was securely wrapped. The rug itself is beautiful and as described on the website. It now sits beautifully in our family room . Very happy with the purchase. It is absolutely value for money.

Ordered and received our beautiful, Petrol Blue, Luxurious Shaggy rug! It’s beautifully soft and is the perfect choice for our Living Room. We ordered the 120x170 cm size to replace one we had. It was easy to order. It arrived within the specified time, 4-6 days. We were kept informed of dispatch and delivery. I had forgotten to add my phone number and was emailed by Darren, I provided it so we could track our rug. A first time customer but not the last. Very happy with our purchase and very happy to recommend. Well Done Rug Shop UK! ✔️

I bought a lovely woollen rug with a non slip rug grip sheet. The woollen rug is exactly as I had hoped for, not too thick but still very cosy. Excellent service from the TheRugShopUK, I can highly recommend them.

We received the beautiful Colorado rug last week in the largest size for our playroom. Makes the room look so smart and elegant! Great service comes all wrapped very neat and secure.

Brilliant selection of rugs. Very well priced. Delighted when it arrived. Looks fantastic 😃
Thanks very much

order #2000066437 - Quick delivery. Lovely thick warm rug, only reason its not 5* is because the colour was a fair bit lighter than anticipated but thats always a chance with online shopping (would only have deducted 0.5 * if it was an option as the rug is lovely) anti slip mat for underneath also very good.

Excellent quality and super fast delivery. Brilliant service.
