Brilliant fast and efficient service.
I ordered a rug on a Friday and by 11am the following Monday it was in my home.
I haven't opened it yet as our new sofas arrive tomorrow.
I looks great through the bag.
DX delivery was also great. Very polite.

Beautiful rug from Lord of rugs, delivery on time and brilliant customer service. Hassle free purchase. Best price around for the quality rug I wanted. Absolutely thrilled with the rug. I highly recommend this company.

Lord of Rugs were the cheapest supplier of the rug that we wanted and also had the best reviews.
After placing our order, we were concerned that it wouldn't be delivered before we went away. When we explained this to Lord of Rugs, they gave us next day delivery at no expense to us.
Fantastic customer first service. I would highly recommended Lord of Rugs.
We are very pleased with the quality and perfect condition of the rug.

We ordered from Lord of Rugs, because they offered different sizing options and better prices than other retailers. We were NOT disappointed.

The rug arrived excellently packaged and very quickly, (ordered Saturday & it had arrived by Tuesday afternoon).

The rug is beautiful, excellent quality and exactly what we wanted.
I would highly recommend.

Quick delivery & excellent customer services

The rug I got is beautiful and much cheaper than at other outlets. It was extremely well packed and laid out really well on unfolding.

Great price compared to others and speedy delivery

Excellent customer service and delivered quickly.

My rug arrived promptly and it looks good. My only problem is that after three months it is still shedding fluff

Qualité médiocre.
Je suis en france, j’ai acheté le tapis et j’été obligé de payer 250€ de droits de douanes alors que ce n’était pas marqué lors de la commande.

Lovely modern rug
Highly delighted
Will buy from them in future
