TheRugShopUK Reviews

Excellent price and great communication. Rug delivered promptly … well packaged and just as described. Really happy with the product and service, would definitely recommend

Beautiful deep pile rug delighted with it. Super quick delivery highly recommend.

The whole process from placing the order to delivery was so simple and the price could not be beaten. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with our new rug. It looks absolutely perfect in our living room. It was also delivered with care and arrived very promptly.
The colours are beautiful and look just as good if not better in real life as they did online.

What a terrible experience!!!
I’m not sure if all the nice reviews are real or fake because my experience was as terrible as it can be. First they sent the wrong carpet then they arranged collection with out a time frame which made me wait all day at home and the collection person did not show up! 😮
No phone call nothing till the next day when they emailed apologising and arranging following day for collection, this time with a two hour time frame 2-4 in the middle of the day that basically takes another day from you ! What a waste of time and such a nerve - wracking experience with this unorganised company!
Awful service!
I do not recommend and will never buy again !

Great retailer, we love the rug! Arrived fast and I was kept updated throughout the process. Good quality, vivid colours, overall better than expected. Happy to buy again.

Fast and efficient service. Competatively priced rugs.

Excellent service.

The rug came on time and hassle free, such a great rug and so reasonably priced.

Very happy.

Thank you.

Excellent product, very quick delivery. Can't wait until May when I can buy another on the same rug. thank you The RugshopUK.

Easy order process, great price. Quick delivery, bought right to the door. Rug is fab quality and the price for the exact same rug we saw in an expensive high street shop is amazing!!!

Rug arrived on time, good price

I recently ordered a rug from theRugshop and I’m very pleased with my purchase. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was delayed but was sorted out and the rug arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition.

The quality exceeded my expectations — it looks elegant and well made, and it has completely elevated the look of my dining area. The design is beautiful and exactly as described online, which gave me confidence in my purchase.

Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend theRugshop to others looking for stylish, good-quality rugs at a reasonable price.

Beautiful rug, delivered very quickly. Very well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. Rug exactly as advertised and excellent price too.

The rug is amazing! I was kept informed throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to order. Much cheaper than purchasing from a well known high street retailer. Although website said there might be delivery delays my rug arrived within 4 days. Looks great. Have purchased two more rugs from them.

A very easy website to navigate and order from. Products are very competitively priced. Our rug was delivered by the date given and regular updates on processing and delivery were really appreciated.
The rug was delivered well packaged and the quality is superb. No problem recommending the company.

The rug is exactly how it looked. Love it. It was well wrapped and quick delivery. Very happy x
