Saddle trial
I ordered a saddle and it arrived the next day. It was good to have five days to get it fitted correctly by a saddle fitter. It was a perfect fit. Very happy with the customer service. Would highly recommend.

The Saddle Bank accepted a saddle and helped me find another new one.
The Saddle Bank accepted a saddle of mine to buy. The money went into my account within four days.
They helped me find another saddle to fit my new horse. It was couriered to me the next day. It got fitted by a saddler on their website. Within a week I had a saddle sold a new one brought and able to ride the new horse in the correct fitting saddle.
The service was efficient helpfull and stress free.

Great communication
I've just sold my saddle through the Saddle Bank. They were very transparent and clear regarding value of the saddle and what I would get. All prices were clear. Unfortunately, after I sent the saddle, it was identified that it needed a small repair before it could be sold. They were clear on price of repair and my options if I didn't want to go ahead with the repair. The saddle took a few months to sell but once it sold there was clear communication on how and when I would be receiving the money. Good communication overall.

This is my second time of selling a saddle through The Saddle Bank was very straightforward. My photo's were uploaded and reviewed and a price agreed very quickly. Pick up arranged with DPD and payment received within 2/3 days... it was really as simple as that. No time wasters or no shows, no back and forth over price. Great customer service!!

I sold my saddle through The Saddle Bank and the price I was offered I felt was fair and any questions I had were responded to within the day so I couldn’t fault it!
Once the saddle was delivered I received payment quickly and the full process was very clear and all updates were sent timely and frequently I I always knew what was happening!
