The Shutter Studio - Plantation Shutters & Blinds Reviews

Great sales, great product and lovely installation team, only let down by the totally abysmal customer service when delivery went wrong- twice. No emails for weeks. Finally, a completely inadequate suggestion that I get free delivery on my next order- so I have to spend more money before seeing any recompense. Not at all good enough.

Really excellent company to deal with. We already had shutters fitted and wanted the same at the back of the house. All our requests were acted upon and when the shutters came and were fitted they looked fantastic and matched the others. Highly recommend this company!

Really pleased with The Shutter Studio. We had new blinds fitted in one of our offices and the whole thing couldn't have been easier. Jon was great at sorting the booking and kept us updated, and the installer turned up on time and got on with the job without any fuss, even though I wasn't on site that day. The blinds look great and the team are really happy with them. Friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Would definitely use them again.

They were professional. Came to install 2hrs earlier than agreed upon which meant I didn't have to wait in. Just a pity I don't drink Yorkshire tea.

The fitter David is a nice guy!! We will be using this company again for another location and would like to request David for installation again.

Great company

The workmen arrived on time and right away got on with installing the shutters. They have done a wonderful job, my shutters looks beautiful and i am impressed I am complimented by friends and neighbours of how beautiful they look.

I would certainly recommend The Shutter Studio to anyone who ask for their website or phone number.

Thanks to The Shutter Studio

I had a fly screen door fitted to my patio doors recently and found The Shutter Studio excellent in every respect, from the survey to the fitting. The staff were friendly and efficient. They kept to the delivery time and on the day the door was fitted with minimal disruption and everything was left clean and tidy.
I would thoroughly recommend The Shutter Studio.

Great quality shutters and really quick and professional installation! Shutters look fantastic and super happy with them.

Everything about the process of having my shutters installed was stress-free right from the start. Communication was fantastic, and every member of staff I spoke to was efficient and friendly. Dave fitted the shutters and did a fantastic job, I am so happy with them. I'd happily recommend The Shutter Studio to anyone.

Great service, helpful prompt and reasonable! Very happy with our shutters and blinds!

I purchased shutters from The Shutter Studio 13 years ago. I have been impressed with the blinds, notably the look and the quality. Unfortunately, I broke two of the blinds and wanted them fixed. After contacting The Shutter Studio and speaking with Jon, I found the service prompt and polite. A team member was sent to fix the issue within a week, and the issue was fixed swiftly. I highly recommend the product and the service at The Shutter Studio.

I had the Shutter Studio install shutters downstairs 6 years ago & this week had them put in upstairs. Mark was so professional, competent & very tidy, leaving no mess. The shutters look fabulous & I would not hesitate to recommend the Shutter Studio to anyone.

I cannot recommend John Casey and The Shutter Studio highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. John is a true professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The shutters are absolutely beautiful and have completely transformed our home. The quality is outstanding, the attention to detail is second to none, and the price was excellent for such a premium product.
If you are looking for stunning shutters, exceptional workmanship, and someone who genuinely cares about delivering the best result, John is the person to go to. Thank you for an outstanding experience!

Ordered my lovely shutters & blackout blind. Professional home service from John & products came slightly earlier then expected- bonus. Alex who did the installation was professional & what a great job he did. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10 for quality & service

Excellent service from Charlie who measured and quoted, to the finance man( I cannot remember his name) to Olly who fitted the blinds Everyone was efficient, polite and very professional.

Absolutely fantastic company, first of all we had our French doors shuttered and Mark did a fantastic job, extremely professional job and I honestly couldn’t fault the job so we went on to have the whole house done a few months later, again Mark did a great job. Excellent quality shutters and professionally fitted, thanks shutter studio and thanks to Mark for both our jobs you did for us 👍

The entire process from home visit to booking a date and then installation was really smooth.

I received first class service from ‘The Shutter Studio, London Road, Sevenoaks’. Every member of the team I dealt with was friendly, professional and efficient. The blinds are perfect and were installed with great care and attention by Alex. I would highly recommend this company.
