The Shutter Studio - Plantation Shutters & Blinds Reviews

We had great service from The Shutter Studio. My son had used them and recommended them to us, and we are very happy with the shutters. The advice from the salesman was excellent, and the fitter was very professional, and even fixed some old shutters for us. I would highly recommend this company

Good morning Ben
Thank you for your email. I would just like to say, we are both very pleased with the Shutters. Your installer was very professional and courteous. The job went smoothly and were kept informed during the installation.
All tidied away if he had never been.
Could you have done any better, apart from the extended delivery, would have been nice to have them earlier. But I can’t complain in anyway of the quality. So I would indeed recommend Shutter Studio as our first choice.

All points of contact very smooth and efficient. From setting up inspection visit, the visit/quote and the fitting all excellent. A special shout out for Alex the fitter

I recently had shutters fitted by and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.

The initial consultation was smooth and informative. The representative was knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect shutters for my home. The ordering process was straightforward, and I was kept informed at every step.

The installation team arrived on time and were very professional. They worked efficiently and ensured that everything was fitted perfectly. They even took the time to address any minor issues on the spot, ensuring that the final result was flawless.

The quality of the shutters is outstanding. They have made a significant difference in the appearance of my home, adding both style and functionality. The shutters fit perfectly and operate smoothly to the point I am now planning to go ahead with the rest of the house

Throughout the entire process, the customer service was top-notch. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and I felt valued as a customer. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service.

I highly recommend Shutter Studio for anyone considering shutters for their home. The combination of excellent service, high-quality products, and professional installation made the entire experience a pleasure. The shutters have truly transformed my living space, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

One of the best , if not the best .
I recently asked this magnificent company The Shutters Studio for installation of my shutters.
I am so pleased with my choice, and I can thank the company for their dedication and customer service.
The best ever

Excellent service from start to finish! Matthew the salesman came to measure up and helped design my shutters to my desired spec .
Then Charlie arrived this morning as planned , very polite and friendly and did an exceptional job installing my new shutters! I’m delighted with them and will be arranging to have shutters fitted to the front of the house sometime next year. Highly recommend! Thanks all from Fiona 😁

I had two blinds fitted on 21st March by Roberto, who was very professional and efficient. The blinds look great and I'm so pleased I had them fitted.

Two people admired them and asked for your details which I was happy to give.

The shutter studio installed floor to ceiling shutters and the follow up service excellent. Since then had a break in and shutter studio came out to repair damage. Roberto professional and sensitive to what happened.

I am so pleased that we chose The Shutters Studio to make and install our plantation shutters. From start to finish the experience was outstanding. There was no pressure in the initial visit from Matthew, when he came to measure up and explain the different options in readiness for a quotation, which was then emailed the same day. We chose to go with the shutters made at their warehouse in Kent, which was one reason for choosing this company. I was contacted, when they were ready and an installation date agreed. George arrived at the agreed time to install them, it was all very professionally installed and they look amazing, the quality is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending The Shutters Studio.
Thank you so much to them!

We have had 3 windows fitted with shutters by The Shutter Studio and are very happy with the results. Everyone we have dealt with over the phone or in person for measuring and installing has been really helpful and friendly. They are really great to deal with and any if there are any issues they are handled quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve just had my shutters fitted, and I couldn’t be happier 😁! From start to finish, The Shutter Studio has been brilliant to work with—I went with another company first & they took my deposit & then I couldn't get hold of them. Thankfully, The Shutter Studio honoured their quote. I can’t thank them enough. Charley handled the measuring and fitting, and he was absolutely fantastic—precise, skilled, and tidy - just wished I went with my gut instant when he came to measure up.
The shutters look amazing and are of excellent quality, my home feels warmer & I couldn't be happier 😊

My wife and I are amazed by the service and quality of the shutters. A massive thank you to James and Dan who installed the shutters as well as the whole team. My wife and I felt like our house was really taken care of when designing and installing the shutters really taking into consideration our day to day lifestyle and what would look best but also suit our budget.
We are so unbelievably grateful and would recommend in a heartbeat. We absolutely love our rooms even more due to the character the shutters bring to the space

Thank you again

I have now used Shutter Studio three times and now have a complete house of shutters and blinds.
They have been so good my dad and used them and now because you have expanded to Herts a colleague from work is having theirs installed this month.
Well made - good products - good service.

Shutter Studio has been an absolute joy to work with. The quality of the products is outstanding. Matt and George are skilled and professional measurers and fitters and exceeded expectation. Yasemin on the admin side is delightful. What a brilliant experience!

Amazing experience using this business for my shutters. My windows are very very big but received a reasonable quote. The employees there are very friendly and explain everything you need to know clearly and in dept for when they come round to measure / for a consultation. Fitting is really quick as well. Overall, a great experience and would have no hesitation in using this business for shutters on my other household windows
