Lost my AirPod 4th, on Sunday .
Went to Apple Store - they said £79 for replacement case and need an appointment.
Went home after some research , stumble across the sound cafe
Was worried it’s not authentic Apple products. Then for the price I thought I take the risk …

Grace C - some small marks but other than that works perfect
I am super happy and told all my colleagues about this site. As soo many colleagues have also lost either one or both earbuds / case in the past .
To summarise : I don’t know if it’s authentic Apple product or just simply very good copy . But I am extremely happy with my purchase as it works perfectly well .

I have to give this company 5 stars for delivering what I ordered and within 48 hours.
I ordered a single iPod that accidentally got run over 🤔.
As a parent I’m grateful for someone selling these much cheaper than Apple.

A fantastic company to buy from. I bought a 2nd hand replacement AirPod - unfortunately it wasn’t compatible with my charging case so I emailed to explain. I received a very friendly reply almost immediately and within 24 hours I received a new AirPod that works like a dream. All I had to simply do is return the original AirPod with the convenience of a pre-paid postage sticker! It is so refreshing to come across companies such as The Sound Cafe, of whom truly value the customers experience. I’ll never buy from new again now I’ve found these guys! Highly recommend!

Excellent Service
Excellent service and very customer focused. My AirPods and charging case were received in new condition and set up was a breeze with patient guidance. I had originally ordered the wrong side but a full no quibble refund was made following my return. Highly recommended.

Ordered a replacement AirPods case
Ordered a replacement AirPods case, but I received the wrong version. Freddie responded to my email quickly and sent out a better condition replacement (ordered grade C, upgraded to grade A), which works perfectly.
Excellent customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from The Sound Cafe again!

Truly Excellent service!. Item arrived quickly, well packaged with full RM tracking. I ordered a B grade case and the Item received was in near perfect condition and came with clear instructions/link to video on how to use. Highly recommend.

A great solution if you lose one AirPod. Excellent info online to ensure you order the right model. Easy set up, I just charged it up then followed the standard pairing procedure and it worked first time. Ended up buying another for my previous pods I also lost one.
