Quality of life transformed
We suffered from road traffic noise for many years, making it difficult to fully enjoy our home. Since the installation of our new front windows and door, our quality of life has been transformed.
We wanted to be sure the solution was right for us, so we took our time from initial contact to finally placing an order.
During this time, all our questions were dealt with fully and promptly and at no point was there any pressure to proceed.
Every interaction with Soundproof Windows, from initial contact, design, installation and billing was professional, informative and also very enjoyable.
I wish all companies did business this way.

Thank you so much for this lovely review.
It was a real pleasure working with you both. We know you took your time before deciding to go ahead, and rightly so; it’s a big decision, and you wanted to make sure you were choosing the right solution for your home.
The best part for us is hearing how much of a difference the new windows and door have made to your everyday life. That’s exactly the result we hoped to achieve for you.
Thank you again for trusting us with your home, and for being such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole project.

Efficient Secondary Glazing in Clapham North
The team was incredibly knowledgeable and gave the best advice on the most effective soundproofing solution for my bedroom and living room. I got quotes from several companies, but they stood out by far.
I chose secondary glazing for my bedroom, as I live in Clapham North under the Heathrow flight path and the early morning planes were regularly waking me up. Since the installation, the difference has been amazing—I barely hear the planes anymore and no longer need to sleep with earplugs.
The only downside was that the installation was slightly delayed, and there was some confusion about the room preparation required beforehand. Other than that, I’m extremely happy with the result and would definitely use this company again for my other windows.

Thank you so much, Ingrid, for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review.
We’re genuinely delighted to hear that the secondary glazing has made such a noticeable difference, especially with those early-morning Heathrow arrivals. Being able to retire the earplugs is exactly the sort of result we like to hear about.
As a family-run, engineering-led business, we always aim to give honest, practical advice rather than simply recommend the most expensive option, so your comments about the team’s knowledge and guidance mean a great deal to us.
We’re sorry that the installation was slightly delayed and that the room preparation requirements were not communicated as clearly as they should have been. We appreciate you mentioning this, and we will use your feedback to tighten that part of the process.
Thank you again for choosing us, and we would be very happy to help with the remaining windows when the time comes. Hopefully with fewer aeroplanes, less confusion and the same good company.

I've had one replacement soundproof sash and two soundproof secondary glazing installed by this company. They are very good, very professional and have great sound proofing. The sash window replacement in particular is beautiful and functional and is my favourite out of the three items.
I really appreciate the service this company provides.

Thank you so much, David. That is very kind of you to say.
We are delighted to hear you are pleased with both the replacement soundproof sash window and the secondary glazing. The sash being your favourite is lovely to hear; we do have a soft spot for a good-looking sash window that actually does its job properly.
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. It means a great deal to the whole team, and we are very pleased we could help make the home quieter and more comfortable.

Excellent product
The advert said that the company worked within the M25. However when I asked if they could extend out to the Cotswolds they did. The secondary glazing is excellent. Everyone connected with the job was knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

We really appreciate your kind words and recommendation.
We are delighted to hear you are pleased with the secondary glazing and with the service from the team. The Cotswolds may be a little beyond our usual M25 stomping ground, but for the right project and lovely clients, we can sometimes be persuaded to stretch the legs a bit.
It was a pleasure to help, and we are very glad the finished result has lived up to expectations.

Very durable, high quality, great performance
We have had our triple glazed mock sash windows now for around 5 years, but I wanted to come in and place a review because honestly, they have been amazing, and no issues so far. The soundproofing is genuinely incredible; we live right next to a railway in central London and the difference between having them closed and open is immense. The windows look great, and perform brilliantly. We had an attempted break in during a house renovation and they couldn’t even smash the window, it was that thick!

Thank you for returning to leave such a wonderful review five years down the line. Central London railway noise is a serious challenge, so knowing the windows are still providing that immediate difference when you close them is exactly what we hope for on every project. It is also great to hear that the thickness of the glass served as such a strong physical barrier during your renovation! Enjoy the ongoing peace and quiet.

Exceptional service and high-quality window installation
I was very impressed with how the company handled my window installation from beginning to end. Sebastian, Krystian, and the installation team were incredibly professional throughout the process.
Once the job was finished, they left everything clean and tidy. I am very happy with the results; both the quality of the windows and the craftsmanship were superb. My home is now much quieter, as the windows block out a significant amount of outdoor noise. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a brilliant review.
Taking care of your home during the fit is a huge priority for us, so it is great to know the team left everything spotless. Matching meaningful noise reduction with beautiful timber craftsmanship is exactly what we aim for on every project, and we will make sure to pass your kind words on to Sebastian, Krystian and the fitters.
Enjoy the quieter space.

A superb company that did not put a foot wrong during the whole process. Sebastian demonstrated the effectiveness of their windows amply on his first visit. We were kept very well informed of the production timeline and finally the fitting was extremely well done with the fitters taking care of our floors and carpets and removing all rubbish at the end. The quality of the windows was in excess of our expectation and the sound reducing effect was all we hoped for.

What a wonderful review to read. We always aim to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible, from Sebastian’s first assessment right through to the final clean-up by the installation team. Knowing that the sound reduction is exactly what you hoped for, and that the team took such good care of your home, is the best feedback we could ask for.
Enjoy the quieter space.

I got a great service from the beginning (where I received two in-person surveys and had the opportunity to have many calls to choose the right type of window) to the end (the installation was to the highest quality by super professional individuals). It has improved the noise problem in my bedroom. I would highly recommend it.

Hi Gaspare,
Thank you so much for the 5 stars! Choosing the right windows is hardly an impulse purchase, so we were more than happy to do the two surveys and have as many calls as it took to get things absolutely spot on. (Plus, we do love a good chat about glazing!).
We are absolutely chuffed that all the careful planning paid off and that our installation team hit the mark. Most importantly, we're thrilled that your bedroom is finally the quiet sanctuary it should be.
Thanks for recommending us, and enjoy the peace and quiet!
Cheers,

Quiet and efficient fitting of secondary glazing
The company's employees arrived at the expected time and worked quietly, courteously, and efficiently. The removal of old single glazed secondary windows, and the installation of new double glazed secondary windows, for the 5 2-metre high windows was finished on time. The removed glazing was taken away, and the apartment was left in a clean state. I highly recommend this company.

Hello Keith,
Thank you for such a cracking review! We always think it makes perfect sense that the team installing soundproofing windows should know how to keep the noise down themselves while they work.
Swapping out five 2-metre high windows is no small task (literally), so we are absolutely chuffed to hear the lads handled it efficiently and left your apartment spotless. Taking the old glass away is all part of the service; we wouldn’t dream of leaving you to navigate an obstacle course in your own home.
Thanks for the high recommendation, and enjoy the peace and quiet!
Cheers,

Great service and great sound reducing product.
Great service, communication throughout process was excellent — . The windows have outstanding noise reduction performance, on the B road that we live next to in Cambridge, they are visibly appealing. Can’t recommend enough. Many thanks to the teams efforts.

Dear Danielle,
Thank you for such a wonderful review. Silencing a busy Cambridge B road is no mean feat, so we are delighted to hear the new windows are delivering outstanding noise reduction for you.
We firmly believe that keeping you well-informed throughout the process is just as important as the installation itself. It’s lovely to hear that the final result is visibly appealing, too.
I will be sure to pass your thanks on to the team. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Truly superb job
I’d just like to say I’m utterly thrilled by the quality of the work you undertook. The scale of noise reduction is well beyond my expectations. I live right next to one of the busiest and noisiest railway stations in the country, but I can’t hear a single sound from it now.
Additionally, all of your staff were a delight to work with from beginning to end.
Thank you for a great job, expertly done.
I will not hesitate to warmly recommend you to others.

Thank you for the recommendation; it means the world to us.

Professional installation and fantastic noise reduction
The window installation has just been completed, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. The work was done very professionally, carefully, and cleanly far better than we expected. All our questions were answered patiently, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish with in 3 days.
The quality of the windows is outstanding. We live near a train line(piccadilly. line), 9 meter far from lines and the noise reduction is incredible. Before, the noise level was around 55 dB with the old windows closed; now it’s between 25dB to 30bB with the new windows. We can sleep well at the bedroom which is closest to railway.
Overall, an excellent experience with fantastic results. We will definitely use this company again for the front windows and highly recommend them.

Dear Serhan,
Thank you for this glowing review. We’re mostly just relieved to hear you’re finally getting a good night’s sleep. Living 9 metres from a train line is a severe test for any window, and we’re thrilled ours passed with flying colours.
It’s lovely to hear the team was tidy and patient, too. We try to ensure the only thing we leave behind is peace.
We look forward to sorting out those front windows for you whenever you’re ready.

Excellent product, excellent service
An excellent product that not only looks very stylish but, more importantly, has also meaningfully lowered the noise levels in the main bedroom of our flat, which is located just next to the train tracks running into London Bridge Station. The team's service is outstanding: they are extremely careful to keep the building site clean and tidy - and keep working until everything is perfect. Sebastian and Krystian did a great job managing the project, while Julius and Edgar were fantastic in carrying out the works and were a real pleasure to have in the flat.

Hello Sebastian,
Lovely to hear from you again! We must be doing something right if you’ve invited us back for round two.
We are delighted that the new windows are winning the battle against the London Bridge trains. It’s a noisy spot, so getting that meaningful silence in the bedroom is a massive win.
I’ll make sure to pass on your kind words to Sebastian, Krystian, Julius, and Edgar. Julius and Edgar will be particularly chuffed to hear they were a "pleasure" to have around; we think so too, but it’s nice to have it confirmed!
Thanks for trusting us with your home a second time.
