UNTRUSTWORTHY VENDOR!!!! BEWARE!!! Call and put a stop pay on charges from this company. These items can be purchased at ULTA and cost less. The "Return and Refund" link instructs you to go to a portal. When, you click the link the screen says "Page not available". There are conflicting instructions. On the site it says Ongoing Subscription refunds must happen 28 days from shipment date. Another sections says 7 days. But NOWHERE can you find the shipment date. THE WORST customer service. Everything is automated and takes you to an AI site that does nothing and still no way to ask a specific question to a human.

I'm using the crepe skin cream regularly. It seems to be making a significant difference in both the way my skin looks and the texture. At my age, I am happy to maintain and perhaps slowdown the inevitable and this seems to be working.

The serum is very average and not very hydrating, smells of citrus, and the customer service department is non-existent. I have tried repeatedly to return it and I cannot get in touch with anyone and I am told to leave an email or a text, which I have done, but no one returns my email or text. Bad mistake.

I have been using the Spa Dr facial serum for about a year and I am 80 years old I find this product keeps my skin looking soft and definitely reduces my wrinkles around the eye, forehead, neck and upper lip area lol

The website is easy to navigate, ordering is very easy. The products feel really good on your skin and have caused no issues (I have very sensitive skin). This is the first oil based cleanser that I've used and I love it. The moisturizer feels really nice too-not heavy at all. Would definitely recommend.

The Spa Dr. is a great company! The products are phenomenal! And most importantly - - the customer service is THE BEST! If you haven't tried their product yet, order NOW! You will definitely not be disappointed. I use the tightening serum, cleanser, moisturizer, eye serum and night cream. I recently went for a facial at a very upscale salon and I shared my experience regarding The Spa Dr. She took a pic of my products that I purchased and is going to place an order! On a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being the best - - I rate The Spa Dr. a 10 - - higher if I could!

Products that aren't filled with toxic ingredients, feels good on your skin and helps you look better.

The shampoo and conditioner have a great smell and lather. My hair feels clean and not stripped. Too early to say if it helped with shedding.

Ordered on 8/24 - the shipping policy states 5 business days. When I received no shipping info I contacted customer service and was told that they are awaiting new inventory. I don’t understand why the product would show as in stock if there was no inventory to send when purchasing. They shouldn’t allow ordering unless the description of the product specifies awaiting new inventory or back ordered. Why take people’s money for a product that isn’t even in stock. If I knew it was out of stock, I would not have ordered.

Be very careful that you do not get suckered like i was. I am facing possible homelessness because they changed me $131.04 without my knowledge. The order was made on July 16. On July 20 I tried to cancel the subscription of $131.04. I did it on the phone by spelling out my email address. I followed with an email. No response, total static. Then on August 17, I got the horrible surprise of having my checking account overdrawn due to the $131.04 invoice. They do not honor their own policies. Now I will probably lose my own home over this. Stay very far away from this company. I will soon languish on the streets. I don't think I will live long.

Update: now it is worse than ever. The Spa Dr is now sending something I begged them not to send for weeks. I do not have the resources to make the return label to send the product back -- much as I'm very desperate to do just that. The $131.04 that these crooks robbed from me will be the death of me. I am now facing possible homelessness because of them. If I end up dead and homeless, I hereby give my heirs and any interested party my permission to sue these crooks on my behalf.

I am using the Spa Dr. Hair Serum because I am currently experiencing lots of hair loss. I was told minoxidil tropical and the hair serum would work to minimize hair loss. The minoxidil did not help with hair loss but make it worse due to the side effect. I continue to use the hair serum however and my hair does feel healthier. My Dr. thinks that I will stop shedding any moment, but it's still too early to tell. The company and product have been great. The company ships fast and the product has a great smell. We shall see the results in a few months though.

I have been using The Spa Dr for only 2-3 weeks now but I do love the way my hair feels. It's too early to really see if there are results yet but I have been using the shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, and hair oil.

I am happy with the product so far, I am still losing some hair daily but I like how my hair is manageable and it feels heathier with the serum. I would give 5 stars but I am still in trial period. So far so good. I really like the shampoo and just ordered the hair mask and will try on soon.

Easy to order, product arrived fast. I’ve only been using it for a week and a half so I have not seen any results yet. Product does not leave your hair greasy, only a little crunchy when it dries.

I have ordered from Spa Dr in the past so I knew what I was doing and how much I had to spend to get what I wanted. I cannot do it often, just when I have discretionary funds. The company has really got it together and that's why I order the serum for my face and the serum for my hair.

I don't like either of the products. The mask is too thick and weighs my hair down, and the serum makes my scalp itch

took 3 orders to finally get the product. should have been here for my wife's birthday on July 31st but was not.

Ordered the product .Was charged $51.18 for 2 months. I can not get a refund.
Will have to dispute this via my CC .
Disgraceful customer service. Beware of this company.
