My order came faster than expected and I love the results after just four days. I’m noticing a change in my skin already. It’s more glowy, softer, and just beautiful. I love it.

I didn't get any email notification that my autoship was getting ready to ship out. I ordered a multiple-month order on a special the first time I purchased from you and I didn't recall when the next shipment was scheduled to ship. I got a shipping notice from an unfamiliar shipper (GOFO) but it didn't have any information on where it was coming from and when I contacted them to inquire, I was told the couldn't tell me. I also never received an email with any type of tracking number for the shipment from The Spa Dr. Due to personal reasons, I've fallen behind on my use of the product and still have 2 almost my full first shipment of 4 bottles. I had no option to delay my shipment and was charged $157.10. I'd like to know how to ship it back without having to pay return shipping given the circumstances and for a full refund of the $157.10. Very disappointed. This type of practice is why people don't autoshipments from companies.

I have only been using the product for about 2 weeks. I am not seeing any difference in my skin tone. I will wait and see if anthing happens to my skin in the next few weeks.

Ordering was easy, shipping was quick. The hair serum, shampoo and conditioner seem to be working well. Overall less shedding. Finally a product that works that isn't full of chemicals. Started noticing a difference after a few days and after a full week there is decent improvement. Can't wait to see how the progress is going to be in 2 months from now considering it usually take about that long to really notice new growth

I found this from instagram, I was trying to get just the serum, then they kept asking me about these other products, I kept saying no except for the shampoo and conditioner. I was supposed to only be charged $100 plus taxes. Then I see that I was charged $172 to my bank. They didn't give a final number on the payment screen. But after posting on here, they did refund me $68 as a courtesy. I'm so far enjoying the product, I am noticing a difference in hair growth & reduced hair loss but I wish the packaging for the caps on the shampoo bottles were not as a difficult. They are challenging to use especially for the thickness of product, wishing they had at least a video of showing how to use the administration of product from this bottle style.

I absolutely love the Spa Dr lift and tight serum. I've been using it a good long time at this point and my skin has truly never been better. I highly recommend. My fine lines are less noticable and i had used tretinoin for about a year and around my mouth it made what looked like scars. Absolutely awful looking. Since using the lift and tight serum, it no longer looks that way and it's tightened up a good bit. I am extremely pleased.

The product was delivered fast.
I am so glad I ordered it and will continue with this company.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and I can’t get into the subscription part, it says contact us on chat but when I click on it chat won’t open, please cancel this subscription

I cancelled my subscription online with them a couple months ago. All of a sudden i am being charged again for a subscription i cancelled. They need to cancel my order and refund me. This is fraudulent. Cancel my order and refund my credit card. Very disappointed. The stuff didn't work and i stopped ordering it.

Helped me when I accidentally over ordered and gave me product anyway .

I'm not happy with this product so I'm returning the items except the massage brush because I used it.

Delivery was quick. Packaging was good. Product was GREAT! The hair serum works wonders! I had gotten a small patch of hair burnt (don't ask lol) and it left a small bald spot lol I used the serum on that spot and I swear, within a week, baby hairs started sprouting. Like quick. It's definitely a miracle worker. Buy the hair serum!!!

Did not sign up for subscription. Found out they automatically put me on one. Found out by email saying my next order was being processed and would ship in 5 days. Told them to cancel order and my subscription. They said order could not be canceled because it was already processing but they could cancel my subscription. Said I could start my refund process and I would get all but $10 back, which would be the return/processing fee. They also said they had sent an email 5 days prior reminding me of upcoming order. They did not. My word against theirs.
Whole process was aggravating. Would not order anything from them again.
July 21… finally got a return label. But I’m still not getting back all but the $10 fee for the return. Lesson learned.

1. I Love the Thick Youthful RICH Night Cream for my face. I USE this product in the morning & at night. Regardless of the name ( Youthful firming NIGHT cream), this is one power house of a cream. I USE IN THE AM & PM. I hit a big birthday in June & my son said " Wait, how old are you?? That's can't be ! You don't look like Grandma Dee at all , I responded, Grandma Dee used cold cream on her face forever, & I don't, I use a truly an innovative cream on my face morning & night. Yes, I Iove this cream & will not use anything else." I bring this product , Youthful Firming Night Cream to every adventure my husband & I go, and the only give away that I am older, is that my hair is long, well kept & totally white!! ( like my 3 brothers; we all have white hair, but 2 of them wish they had more hair, or any hair would be great!!) :)
