this company is a scam - be careful - they make you pay a deposit and disappear we spoke to a "Tom Hardy" (fake name assuming) paid a deposit for our boxes and ever received anything! - we have now reported them.

Took our money for an order and they have not returned our calls - scammers beware

Placed an order but was wrong when it arrived. They have never got back to me to change it or return my money. Checked all their companies house now and can see its a scam - warning to avoid this company

Harry took my order but it arrived wrong. I was asked to send it back which I did and then I just never heard from them again. They do not answer the phone, reply to emails and I am out of pocket - nothing to show for this order

Scammers. Seemed legit, took my money and promised me the products via email and what’s app messaging’s. They never arrived and they sent a fake DPD link for the product that never came.

Think it’s a scam - no phone numbers work; don’t reply, paid for my order, turned up and was wrong. They have taken my money and I have no product. AVOID

I habe been to a few companies that so boxes, labels and so forth and the quality is not up to the standards I want. I eventually found this company who named Harry had been dealing with my orders. He has been great from start to finish. Very patience and very helpful. The quote was also good. He actually did not pressure me in to buying anything, but went beyond help to make sure what I wanted was exactly that.

When I got my candle labels the quality was outstanding, in-fact, it was better than the other companies I used.

Very happy and I will continue to use them. All thanks for Harry.

My Heavenly Candles

I placed an order with Standard Packaging and approved the artwork showing the correct product size. Despite this, the order I received was the wrong size, which made the packaging unusable.

When I raised the issue, I was initially offered a full refund. However, the company later went back on that offer and instead tried to pressure me into placing another order. After I returned the items as instructed, they stopped responding altogether and I have not received any refund.

Other issues I experienced:

The phone numbers listed do not work when I try to call.

I was told the order would be fulfilled from London, but it was shipped from Pakistan.

Communication has now completely stopped despite repeated attempts to resolve this fairly.

Before ordering, I had explained my concerns because this was a large order for a retailer. I was assured that if anything went wrong, I would receive a refund. That has not been the case, and the company is now ignoring me entirely.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me out of pocket, as a small business this has really impacted me. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

easy to work with and good prices

Harry was super helpful and very easy to communicate with. I am really happy with the quality of the boxes and the finish on them! They look and feel luxurious, which is exactly what I had envisioned. They also arrived very quickly and the whole experience was carried out in a timely manner. Harry was also very patient as I changed my design a few times! Thank you guys so much for all your help and support!

Ok, so I need to just say I was very skeptical at first with ordering here! But I must say the service is IMPECCABLE! The Quality is beyond my expectations! I placed my order on a Sunday and told them I needed it by Wednesday or Thursday the absolute latest! And I had this at my house by Wednesday! I’m extremely happy with the packaging. The quality, the finish are so beautiful I’m obsessed! I will definitely be using this company again and again!

I've been communicating with Harry about a potential order and he has been very helpful and patient with me as I work through my requirements for the packaging I need. I've given 4 stars simply because i have yet to place an order and will review again once order is received. I'm hoping the quote comes back at a reasonable cost so I can put in an order immediately.

I haven't made an order with them just yet but the communication with Harry has been so easy. He has answered so many questions and has been extremely helpful in my requests. Their hand made boxes look beautiful and I'm hoping to get some for next years season.
