It was extremely simple! I had already created the logo, and the upload was simple. I wanted a proof and thought it would take until Monday as it was after five on a Friday when I ordered. I got an email maybe 15 minutes later, letting me know that my order was being processed and very quickly got my proof, approved and before the high school football game started, I had confirmation that my order was being processed.

Ive placed numerous orders of numerous size stickers. Not once have I had a complaint about quality. Ive had stickers outside on a pole for 3 years in the Maine coast as well as outside in Tennessee and they still look new. The price is right and shipping is always prompt. Don't hesitate ordering, you won't be disappointed.

Usually, I get great service from Sticky Brand. They are now and will be, for the foreseeable future, the company I use for stickers. However, there was an error in my most recent order that should have been a duplicate of a previous order. Instead of the cut-out sort of sticker, I received a plain circle. That’s never how I’ve ordered that particular sticker. I don’t want to have to pay more to get it fixed, so I have to deal with it.

Simply the best. Easy to work with. I just placed my second order.

Sticky Brand has a user friendly website to create and upload my art or photo to create a custom sticker. I have used this company 5 times in just a few months and will keep using them. They frequently send out amazing deals. Love our stickers!!

I'm a tattoo artist and I've ordered from Sticky Brand several times. I'm writing this because of how they handled it when something went wrong, and specifically because of what they couldn't do.

In April I ordered 100 custom 3" stickers with my art and a QR code to hand out instead of business cards. I uploaded a clean, high-resolution file. The stickers looked great. The QR code doesn't scan. Not on my phone, not on anyone's. The same QR file prints and scans fine from other printers, so the problem happened on their end... most likely the matte material or their print resolution. I was mid-move and didn't reach out until late September.

When I did, I asked one thing: before I pay another $100 to reorder, can you test-print the QR code and confirm it actually scans? And if it doesn't, can you tell me why, so I can fix it? That is the entire request. I never asked for anything free.

What I got instead, over three weeks and 21 emails:

• A free reprint offered the next day, which I hadn't asked for. Retracted a day later because of a "30-day policy" (my order date was in my very first message).
• Four days and three emails to get any answer to my actual question. The answer: "we can't guarantee the QR code will scan, we recommend testing it yourself before ordering." I'd already told them I did. That's the whole point. I'd already printed it with them, already tested it, and it already failed. Their advice was to do the exact same thing again and hope.
• A second free reprint offered a few days later, in writing: "We are issuing a free reprint for your order now. We will send over tracking." Then ten days of silence. When I followed up: policy, no reprint, and "the offer was made before we checked the dates," which contradicts their own earlier email.
• When I asked for a manager, I got the same rep with a fourth apology, admitting they "made conflicting commitments, including the written confirmation on October 5," and offering nothing.

After all of that, nobody at Sticky Brand has ever told me whether a QR code will scan on their matte stickers, or why mine didn't. Nobody offered to test it. Nobody from production ever looked at it. Every email was polite, apologetic, and completely useless.

So here's the honest warning. It's not just "if something goes wrong, you're on your own." If you have a question about their materials, if you need confirmation that something will actually work before you spend your money, if you need help with anything beyond clicking "order"... you are on your own. Don't waste your time, your energy, or your money.

Spend the extra few dollars on a company that actually does customer service, responds in a timely fashion, and fixes what they can before the final print goes out. I've had other printers reach out on their own to say a file looked soft and ask for a new one before they ran it. That's the bar. Sticky Brand isn't anywhere near it.

If your file comes out perfect, you'll be fine. If you need a human for anything, go somewhere else.
