Only received partial shipment (2 out of 7). FedEx details show original label was damaged and unreadable. Same thing happened a few years ago, where my order never came and I couldn't reach anyone by telephone. Pakistani (Indian?) woman I talked to today treated me like a child; said my order would be delivered today. Yeah, one package when I was expecting 5. Three days late as well. NO MORE - DONE WITH SWILL COLONY.

I ordered a gift box to be delivered on Dec 22 when the owners would be home. I received an email stating that the package was scheduled for delivery on Dec 16.

Every attempt to reach Swiss Colony via phone (where the call was dropped with a statement that they were too busy) and the web site where I received canned replies.

I would not purchase from this vendor again.

I have been ordering from Swiss Colony for quite over 20 years, and I am not complaining abut the quality of their goods, but about a bad Customer Service. I understand that the prices have gone up compared to the serving sizes, but my complain is about the fact that I received from there 2 catalogs with discount codes for my orders, and the last order I placed via online did not accept any of those 2 discounts, and I was told Swiss Colony can not do anything about it, so I decided not to order again from them

My family and I have ordered for years from this company. This is the first year I applied for their line of credit where I normally just pay for the order up front. What they do not tell people is that each time you place an order, even with an open line of credit with them, they do a HARD CREDIT CHECK. Every single order. If you have an open line of credit with them and place an order on a Monday, they will do a hard credit check. If you place another order on Tuesday, they will do ANOTHER hard credit check. That is absolutely ridiculous and will destroy people's credit. Also, their website is glitchy and doesn't work half the time making it difficult to initiate an order to begin with. Customer service was of no help and shipping charges are outrageous.

Two years in a row now I have ordered Christmas gifts in early December to ensure delivery by Christmas. Last year, I found out 2 days before Christmas that my order was canceled with no explanation which led to a very embarrassing situation for me. I thought I would try again this year and the exact same thing happened. Just received an email two weeks after I ordered with an apology stating there was a system error and my order has once again been canceled. Who runs a business this way. I feel like it is a scam and I am also filing a complaint with the BBB.

I have been using swiss colony for gifts for fifteen years. Its a tradition. I got a call a few days after from them saying theres a problem with my order. Saying i need to pay extra for tax. I go on with it, she speaks broken English and i have trouble understanding her, i say so politely and she says “ I SPEAK LOUDA FO YOU OK!” I am kinda caught off gaurd by her shouting at me, i ask for the new confirmation number she reads it quickly and says “that all we need ok bye bye.” Thinking did i get it all? I checked my email its legit. But wait- a week later I received the package i sent to my son in the military. Email says it sent there - but its been delivered to me??? And items are missing- what the heck? I call customer service- it only gives you three options. I wait to talk to a representative and they have a robot that says due to high call volume they can’t take the call right now. And it hangs up. I am so sad. I promised my boy in the marines his traditional peanut brittle and stuff for christmas. Now it wont get there in time even if i ship it ( and pay AGAIN) you guys don’t know how much he was looking forward to this and living on base he doesn’t have much to celebrate or many to celebrate with. It just makes me sad.

There is no service in Swiss colony the operators sound like robots. I just hope all my orders make it to the correct addresses. I will not be using this service again

I called to place an order since I was having trouble on the website . The first customer service rep did not speak English and hung up on me. The second customer service rep wanted my address when I gave it she said that wasn’t my address. I said if this is going to be a big deal I will call someone else . Hervresponse “ok”. I was dumbfounded and hung up!

I have been buying your products for years as gifts for the holidays, I have relatives that live on the west coast and in Jersey. When I ordered food this year it asked me when I wanted the delivery. I asked it to be after December 20th so it would be in time for holiday food with family. The packages arrived on the 12th. And I'm sorry why did they bother to ask me when I wanted it to ship I would have just ordered it myself at a later time. When I called customer service they thought the only thing that would make me happy would be to give me 10% off my bill. I don't even think that covered the shipping cost. I am done with Swiss Colony

Ordering on-line was not as simple a process as in years past. But my major concern is the quality of the truffles. Always a favorite, I am just thankful we only got the free gift and not a separate order of truffles. For the first year, I was disappointed- something has changed in the process of making them

First, let me say this isn't my first order with Swiss Colony. I know when I ordered 2 years ago I did not pay any shipping and if I did it certainly wasn't $32 on a $100 order. I ordered heavy skates for a gift and the shipping was less than $10. Are you kidding me? I will NEVER order from Swiss Colony again..no wonder they have a 3.6 rating. Second, when I went to place my order over the phone the person could barely speak English. I wound up calling back and the 2nd person was a little easier to understand but not much. When he told the price for shipping I told thank you for his time but to cancel the order. Never again SC...

Once again item delivered to us in Florida with no refrigeration or cold packs. A cheesecake gift. Tried to call customer service, several times, machine & then a hang up every time. Called order number where I was told giver should have purchased a cold pack. Don't purchase from this company. A waste of money.

i ordered 2 electric ice scrappers , they can only be charged using a cigarette. lighter in a car , newer cars do not come with cigarette lighters so it is impossible to use then swiss colony , wants to charge us return shipping for a product that is obsolete . if it came with a wall charger, or took batteries then there would not be a problem

I have ordered from Swiss Colony for several years and have always been satisfied with the products. But for the last couple of years the free item did not come with the order. After calling about this issue I was told since I hadn’t put the free item number on the order it wasn’t sent. There was no place on the form to put the number. The free item was supposed to be with any order so I assumed it would be shipped automatically. After calling, I was told in order to receive the free item I had to order something else. The only problem being the shipping, which is extraordinarily high! So, in order to get what was supposed to have been free, I had to pay an additional $18. I think next Christmas, I will find a different company that will get my business.

Placed an order the night of the 3rd. Was sent a email on the 4th asking me to verify address before shipment. Ended up seeing that it was wrong. They don’t have an edit address but they have cancel order spot so I canceled the order hoping that after my refund I could order again. Then they notify me 3 days later that the order was already shipped. First they tell me it was shipped on the 4th then they tell me it was shipped on the 3rd. My order wasn’t supposed to be delivered until the 22nd. Went back and forth with them trying to get my money back. Said they would give me my money for the order but not shipping even though my order says pending and not shipped. They said it already shipped but can’t seem to decide which day it shipped on. Should have read reviews before placing an order.

Called to place order. Discussed and confirmed with rep that the order I was placing was for the product shown in the picture. Rep said yes. It was not true. Was a half order...misrepresented and fraud response to my discussion w rep. Do not order from Swiss Colony

I recently ordered some shirts and slippers for my friend and he absolutely loves them. He wants to order them in more colors.
The sizing was perfect.
As far as the shipping prices, it’s not like Amazon and I believe more people expect that to be free ,or inexpensive , but I feel it was worth it. It arrived fast and in perfect condition.

There portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller, what a joke. Disappointing to say the least.

Placed an order for $140.96 on 11/1 for Thanksgiving delivery to estranged loved ones who run a mail order company and work 18 hour days in Dec. I wanted them to have a treat while they were working so hard and to feel that I still love them. The order was split into 2 packages and arrived 11/14 &11/15. By the time my loved ones lives got hectic their goodies had been there for a week and will have been eaten or stale. They did not have my gift fresh and nice at a time when there is no time for meals and I wanted them to have some Christmas happiness for themselves! I am very upset that you would offer a choice of delivery days and then not make any effort to follow through! I have placed an order with you on their behalf every year for the last 5 years, always between 100.00 and 150.00. This is a financial stretch for me. I have ordered the gift from you because I have happy childhood memories of sitting with my siblings and reading the Swiss Colony "tempting catalog". I am very unhappy that you have ruined my attempt to bring some happiness to people I love and will never see again. It is a small thing and they still do have the food but you have taken my pleasure in this gift away. Thank you so much for that. I think I will not be ordering from you again.

I ordered and they called me to confirm my shipping address and i did that. 2 weeks later i don't have my order. I called and they canceled it. When i called to confirm they somehow canceled my order. This was gifts for customers! Very disorganized company and unprofessional.
