They dont even deserve a 1 star but i guess we have to put 1 star to make a review about them. My aunt just places an order and selected a Xmas food basket and a fruit cake. Of course there was a delay and I reached out to customer service and they are a joke. There reply was to expect a food item to reach me in 10 days. 10 days? Is beyond ridiculous we did not order stale food and this order was lost in transit. So I asked for a re order and guess what now they found our package which is still late and was coming from Wisconsin and im in Illinois. Not to mention they bend you over in shipping cost when most sites offer free shipping! And when you dont use your wards account they threaten you stating they will close it. DONT BUT FROM THEM BUYERS BEWARE!

Was skeptical because years ago lost my credit for companies customer service. Took a chance ordered shark hand held vacuum and could not express enough to let me know when it was going to be delivered because large apartment complex.... Of course they did not.... Fortunately for the incompetence of the company neighbor 3 doors down brought my delivery to me. I could not be more disappointed because this is supposed to be a shark vacuum and my Montgomery Ward 11-year-old hand vacuum works better. Numerous times called customer service they're supposed to pick up, brought into the rain but next time I will not. Stop sending me catalogs because you can't honestly think.... Can't wait for you to send me a bill again. Not shame on you but shame on me.

Montgomery ward is offering account guard with a red bullet notice. So I said yes let me get this, could be useful. I called Montgomery wards they say they don't enroll, we will transfer you to "account gaurd", AG say we don't enroll only cancel or explain benefits. Now I have called back an forth multiple times and keep getting the run around. So basically they turn down money because they will cancel but will not enroll. There is no where on this app " Montgomery ward" to sign up, BUT IF YOU PURCHASE AGAIN , then the option to enroll is offered. This is awful. They should just tell the truth, if you spend more money even though you are a value customer already and have spent alot of money , we will not sign you up if you don't make another purchase. Wow to run me back and forth for the longest was just unnecessary.....

This is the most unprofessional, scam like company ever. I wish I never purchased anything. And I will never purchase anything else. And when I returned one of my items because it was defective, they said that they would not issue me a refund.How I paid that they will send me out a master card with my down payment on it. So I incur interest on a payment that should have been returned how they got it. That was my fault for using my credit card.But I will never again do business with them.

I have been trying to cancel my Montgomery rewards account for 4 months because they decided they wanted to charge me 1695A month for some b******* I canceled it going into the 5th month. They still not cancel my account. This is why Montgomery awards has been s***** and going out of business they suck at what they do. Their prices are too high and I'm so disgusted that they will not cancel my account every month. It's the same situation nobody cares or wants to listen, that's the upper management telling their customer service people to do nothing, I hope you guys I'll go to hell.

I would give it zero Stars if I could, they're shipping using FedEx is ridiculous. Charges you an arm and a leg and then they don't arrive when they're supposed to.

Don't order from this company. We ordered a bed comforter set and they added another 120.00 to total. I was prepared to pay off wen I received comforter at 170.00.
When I talked to someone they said there was nothing they could do. This company is a scam. Dont fall for what I did.

Ordered the 6 in 1 power source and battery jumper and I will tell you it's been worth every penny. Had to use it at least 6 times so far and it never left us stranded. Before our alternator was failing I had to use it and then I replaced the alternator. Now even after that a couple of times I had to use it to start the car. If you look it up on line it's not the starter because it would not start with a battery pack if it was. I am now leaning towards a starter relay fuse. Or other loose connection. That is the next step. I couldn't have made a better purchase as it never left us stranded. I would highly recommend getting one as it does more than just jump cars. I love Montgomery Ward and will continue to be a valued customer sincerely Richard Alex

The worst part of this company’s online payment system is you are not able to pick a date, it has to be that min you click on Make Payment. Their only option is to pay immediately or setup AutoPay.

I had credit with Wards for 7 months. I paid my payment every month for 7 months. Never late, I only owe 35 dollars to pay in full. Wards refuses to extend me 112 dollar credit without a down payment. I will never do credit with this company again. They do not treat their paying customers fairly.

Easy to order online. The items we bought are exactly as they are advertised.

i’ve been ordering from Montgomery Ward for many years and i have never had a problem with them. i’ve ordered many things over the years and the merchandise all came fast. occasionally something was back ordered but it wasn’t a long wait. I lover their selections and the prices may be a little higher i. some things but they are worth it.

I don’t owe this company anything but yet they’re trying to charge me over $1000. What a rip off stay away from this company don’t even put your information in it goes then they’ll say you owe them something. Wow this company needs to be shut down.

I have been ordering from Montgomery Ward for a while now. But the other day I was going to order something that was light as a feather....the shipping was more than the item. No Way. I will continue shopping else where.

I ordered a NEW product for a gift and was sent a USED bottle of cologne missing the cap, about 1/3 of cologne used and in a box labeled "TESTER NOT FOR SALE". I STILL HAD TO PAY $50 for a tester bottle of $20 cologne. Wards WILL NOT make this right and I paid for the crappy used product to keep my credit good. Shitty company stay away.

I placed an order for two tablets from montgomery wards scam buy now and pay later I got a. Email from them which I still have that said if I made a down payment they would ship my item i was thinking 50 maybe 100bbucks as soon as I gave them my card number they took the whole amount off 636 dollars and something I live on a fixed income I'm on disability and I have bills and a terrible habit called eating so I called them the lady on the other end told me that it was just a 50% chance I get my money back I've emailed them 5 times and my bills are due and no way to pay them you guys be careful would be careful about giving your card number online you may just find that they have taken most or all of your money

I accidentally payed them 542.00 which was my light bill money, I called them several times and was told they will refund my money back, I never received received my money and my light got cut off in 40 degree weather with my Daughter and grandkids

First and foremost, the prices can be extremely high. I never had issues with customers service. Delivery charges are high as well. At times delivery can be an issue. The tend to take long to when shipping items. I stopped shopping from here. I went with Affirm, After Pay , and Klarna.

Basic shipping was over 20 bucks for something that weighs 4 ounces and took 2 weeks to arrive. That is INSANE. Furthermore in the questions section 4 people asked if the item could be outside. 3 of the answers said yes and one of the answers said no.
