Great company to sell to!! Sold my SE 2022 to them and the whole process was a breeze. Sent my phone off on Saturday, it got to them on Monday and I was paid that evening. They kept me informed along the way and now I’ve got cash in the bank for my next phone. Would definitely use again for a similar service!

Easy to sell, happy with the price
Sold my iPhone 13 to them. Got knocked down by £30 but was expected as the phone had some scratches. The website was easy to use and they paid me into the bank the same day they got the phone which was a plus.
I spoke to someone in customer services to ask about receiving my phone and they were very helpful and it was received by them the next day.
Will recommend them to others to use.

Quick process but price not great
The whole process was done really quick, and within a day of them getting my phone, I had the money in my account.
I can’t however give a higher score, as I wasn’t particularly happy with the amount that they deducted and took off the original quoted payout. The reasons were poor, and the amount was excessive as the phone was in a very good condition, but there was no way to dispute it.

Prepare to be Switched to a "Revised", i.e. Lower Price
Wanted to sell a year old Samsung phone to this company via the Compared recycle website. They were offering £415 which was a few pounds above the offers from the other firms in their comparison site.
Here is their criteria for the condition ; "Your device needs to work as it did when it was new. It can have signs of use but no chips, dents or cracks."
The phone has been kept in a Otterbox folio case, i.e. with a protective cover when not in use.
the collection went smoothly, and the next day they contacted me to claim that the (goriila glass)
screen was scratched and that they could now only offer £350, well below the price that other companies are offering.
I believe that I use my gear very carefully and I see that other reviewers have had similar experience of being switched to a vastly reduced price.
Update ; They have just returned the phone. The screen is immaculate. Shame on them.

A phone that has been in a case every day of its life and has no actual damage of any kind I took photos before sending it. It was even sent to you in its original box you still knock the price. I will never use you again and I will make sure everyone that follows me know what your company is like. Only good thing pre paid pac arrived fast and the new price was paid fast.

Terrible, Scam
Terrible, scam artists. I had my phone fully refurbished new front screen, new back, all brand new, internal contactless charger replaced, new charger pin, all under warranty not a scratch on it. Looked brand new. To point i didnt even take off the screen protectors that came from the insurance company repair centre centre. Sent it off. They came back with a 60 pound less offer becuase it was showing signs of wear and tear. What a load of rubbish. Avoid these scammers.

Unfortunately on a 5 year old phone there will be signs of wear and tear that will impact on the price we offer. We offer several conditions to choose from and if your phone does not meet these conditions s then you may receive a lower valuation which you can choose to accept or decline to have your device returned for free.
Don't expect to get the amount that they tell you before you send the phone
Offered me £265 for a WORKING phone. The phone was fully functioning yet they changed the price to £205
