Quoted £65, offered £10. Text received stating:
"URGENT ACTION REQUIRED. The price we can offer has been reduced.
REASON FOR REDUCTION - The device has a cracked front and screen burn. This is classified as a 'Faulty' condition.
Original price: £65.00
New Price: £10.00
No 'faulty' option existed. I acknowledged the phone screen was cracked and in poor condition. I felt duped.

We're sorry that you weren't happy with the value that you received for your device.
This was sold to us as a 'Poor' condition phone but on inspection we identified this had various faults including a cracked screen which meant it was 'Faulty'.
The lower value was offered and accepted by yourself rather than a request for this device to be returned to you for free.
Please be aware in future that if for any reason you're not happy with the value you're offered, we will return your device at no cost.

From a communication and speed of payment perspective this company was great, from an entice you in with one price then once the item was received knock down the amount they would pay I was very disappointed, although, I guess not surprised as that is how they reel you in, and to be honest I couldn't be bothered with the further faff of starting again with another company.
