Hallo,
mir ist das selbe passiert
trotz Paket Verfolgung besteht weiterhin eine Zahlungsvorderung,
Das Paket ist nachweislich angekommen und ich habe mittlerweile ein Incasso unternehmen am Hals. Obwohl ich die Ware nicht habe.
Bloß nicht bestellen, nur Abzocke.

I don't have words to describe the service.
Ordered a bracelet in the wrong size. They asked me kindly to send it back with me paying the return shipment.
More than 15 days have passed since they told me they've shipped the right size of the bracelet. They even gave me a tracking number of Deutsche Post but of course it doesn't function. I assume they also blocked my email since I'm not able to contact them anymore and all my emails to them turn back. I' ve lost my money and I recommend to don't buy from them anymore!
That's a pity, because the bracelet itself was very cool.

Unbeliveable bad customer service. Impossible to return your order if the sizing is wrong.

Shocking company to deal with, stay away, I ordered a bracelet on 30th Nov to have it on time for Christmas still no sign of it.Customer service shocking, stay clear of this company

Eine absolute Frechheit dieser Shop.
Kundenservice einfach nur schlecht.
Habe einige Sachen zurück geschickt weil die Größen überhaupt nicht der norm entsprechen.
Rücksenden ist auf eigene Kosten nach SCHWEDEN und das kostet 19€ die man selbst bezahlen muss.

Das packet wird dann Wochen lang einfach liegen gelassen und nie von der Post abgeholt und man bekommt sein Geld nie zurück.

Das ist reine abzocke.

Bracelet bien arrivé au domicile. Nickel.

Seul petit souci rencontré, le temps d’attente…

Service client horrible, ils ne sont pas capables de travailelr correctement.
Commande faite pour livraison à luxembourg, ils prennent la Poste Française. Evidemment ça ne marche pas et ils disent qu'il suffit d'attendre. Ils ne vérifient même pas leur travail et n'ont aucun sens du service client

Costume quality jewelry sold for unfair and RIDICULOUS prices. Mostly Sterling silver shouldn't be so spendy. We all know it's costume jewelry and they hate replacing broken jewelry of theirs lol. Overpriced and not worth it. They already have pretty bad reviews and that should be a eye opener not to trust this company.

Shocking returns/ exchange and really bad communication.
I ordered a bracelet back in June which was too small.
I sent the bracelet back and I am still waiting for an exchange. I have had to pay for postage to them, Countless emails and message have been sent, no direct answers.
Please can no one buy from this site, awful customer service

Very bad communication.. I've sent them two mails and they never answered. Than I've sent them a DM on instagram which they actually saw but also didn't answer. Very unfortunate because i love their products but who wants to buy something from a brand that can't even answer a basic email? I certainly don't.

Waiting over a month for a gift supposed to arrive 4-5 days, contacted post, sent emails back and forth, still no parcel. The customer service is horrible, they refuse to help, refuse to refund you, and in a rather sarcastic tone will tell things like, it would "be nice if you would wait". Only use this site if you wish to have your money taken from you, bad customer service and to not receive your order.

Guide des tailles complètement inadéquat, service client incompétent, remboursement de commande long, partiel et partial. Suivi clientèle laissant à désirer. Plus mauvaise expérience d'achat depuis longtemps, marque que j'appréciais beaucoup mais que je ne recommande plus et ne recommanderai pas.

Fuyez !! Bracelet commandé en décembre 2020. Toujours rien reçu en mai 2021 malgré de nombreuses relances. Jamais aucune réponse. Pas de remboursement non plus. J'ai même écrit une lettre qui m'a été renvoyée par la poste! J'ai tout essayé

Ich bin mit dem Service von Tom Hope sehr zufrieden.
Mein Armband ist mir kaputt gegangen.
Ich habe an Tom Hope eine E-Mail mit Bildern geschickt, um zu fragen, ob ich das Armband zur Reparatur einschicken darf.
Am Ende habe ich ein komplett neues Armband erhalten und hatte gar keine Probleme mit einschicken und Umtausch. Ich war super zufrieden und kann wirklich nur jedem empfehlen dort zu bestellen!
Service ist wirklich super gut und total unkompliziert!!

Une étoile c’est encore de trop ! Passer commande et ne plus avoir d’informations, est ce normal ? Pour envoyer 15 mails de pub il n’y a aucun soucis, et pour le prélevé bancaire non plus d’ailleurs !
Pour envoyer le colis c’est autre chose !
Je décommande fortement !

Ne la commandez surtout jamais la! J’ai commandé un pull de 80€, après 2 semaines je n’ai aucun mail pour prévenir du retard. Le colis n’a même pas bougé! Et ils ne répondent pas au mail. Je décommande vraiment!

LAMENTABLE
Je passe un grosse commande d'une centaine d'euros il y a de ça plus d'un mois, aucun colis en vue! Lorsqu'ils sont en rupture de stocks ils ne le communiquent pas donc nous payons pour quelques chose que nous pouvons recevoir 2 mois après. Personnellement ils avaient dis 3/6 jours ouvrables ce qui correspondait parfaitement pour l'anniversaire de mon amie. Cela fait 1 mois qu'elle attend son cadeaux !
C'est honteux !!!
Et aucun service client bien sûr.

Tom Hope has such a great customer service. I loved the product that I got. I would definitely recommend Tom Hope.
