I've used this company for many years and whenever I've had a problem they always respond quickly and accurately and we are able to work through the issues to a good solution.

I brought a Windows 11 Pro Key for just under £20!(RRP £219.99) and I got a bit confused on what to do, just because I didn't properly read the documentation! Always read it first!

I contacted support, 20 mins later asked for screenshots and fixed 5 minutes after that!

100% Would Recommend to anyone!!

The site is easy to navigate, instructions are clear and the support is very friendly and pretty quick via email.
Don't expect instant response, but within 30 mins or so, which I think is fantastic.

Customer service is FANTASTIC! I had an issue with a brand new computer and newly purchased software from Theunitysoft. The problems were with the new computer, and tech support at Theunitysoft responded quickly to my multiple emails, each time with specific instructions to fix the problems. My software installed perfectly and is working very well. I couldn't have asked for quicker or better service, and I highly recommend Theunitysoft!

Trusted site with very reasonable prices. my activation key did not work and my first thoughts were I had been scammed however after contacting the support team the issue was fixed. I will definitely use the site again.

Bought windows 11pro but on loading said not compatible with pc, contacted support they advised buying windows 10 pro. Ran into problems on trying to install it and contacted support again. Another rapid response to sort out the issue. All in 1 day. Refunded for windows 11 pro in 2 days.

Brilliant company which I have used many times. Any problems are dealt with promptly and the customer service is brilliant even on bank holidays and not just within office hours!

I would have liked to give 5 stars but I had issues getting the installation file to download and install. However, their support guy called Mark was fantastic. After a couple of emails each way I was able to resolve the issue. The file downloaded and installed successfully. The Key worked without issue.
I have to say that Mark is a real asset to the company. I can't speak highly enough of his endeavors. Polite, patient and helpful advice from start to finish. The next time I'm in the software market theunitysoft.com will be the first place I go to.

Initially there was a corruption problem with original download. Theunitysoft quickly responded with another link that worked perfectly.

I have purchased several copies of MS Office Pro from TheUnitySoft. Their download links and registration keys have always worked and they offer great value for money. I purchased a new laptop in December 2023 and was more or less forced to use Win 11. I purchased a new copy MS Office Pro 2021 from UnitySoft to use with it. The download and installation went as smoothly as usual and I've been using it just fine up until early April this year when Microsoft appeared to carry out an update to Win 11 when all the Office Aps ceased to work citing registration issues. My original UnitySoft keys did not work so I contacted their help email contact address on a Sunday and got a helpful response first thing on Monday morning. That fix didn't work initially but within a couple of hours they sent another helpful link. However, in the meantime I'd rebooted the machine, logged into my MS Account again and tried the registration keys that UnitySoft sent me. It worked. I'm back on and fully operating within the working day. All credit to UnitySoft's help agent Mark Smith for a really fast response and positive advice. Couldn't be better. As for Microsoft's flakey update procedures, well, that's another much, much, sadder story...
