Have to disagree with a post on 4th July. I have had nothing but prompt support with the difficulty I experienced with the upgrade. Whilst I found the documentation a little difficult to follow through as there was more than one set of instructions. I contacted support and worked through the day trying various solutions until we got one that eventually worked. I felt supported throughout. Responses were quick. Thanks for all your help

Good customer service, ordered a windows licence which failed to authorise. Customer service rectified this quickly.

Always very prompt delivery of license keys, never had a problem with activation. Microsoft updates work as normal.

Download link supplied does not work. Requested support via email and also via chat but have had no response to either and now 5 days later… conclusion - if you have any issues they will not respond and you will lose your money… I would not recommend…

Well I always thought UnitySoft were a "kosher" company, but recent experience has made me think otherwise. In 2021 I bought a license for MS Office and installed it on a laptop. That laptop recently had a disk failure, so I needed to rebuild. Re-installation of Office failed with "invalid product key". I contacted UnitySoft, who refused to provide a replacement, saying that their keys only have a one-year warranty. WHAT? Since when should software licenses have a limitied lifetime? It sounds as though Microsoft have invalidated the license, and if so, this brings into question UnitySoft's entire operating model. My previous trust in them has been wiped out.

I've been using TheUnitySoft for years now, any time I need a licence for a new build. Never let me down in that time.

I found out about theunitysoft at work a few months ago. I had been wanting to get Microsoft Office but didn't want to have to pay a monthly fee. I purchased Microsoft office 2021 and it was very easy and straighforward to install. A few months later I had to buy myself a new laptop as the other one stops working, I contacted their customer support team about it, and they immediately found a amazing solution for me. I am more than delighted with my experience with theunitysoft.

I have used this company for many years, from right back when they were The Software Geeks, I have purchased many many W10 & W11 Licences, and many M$ Office Licences for work, home and friends & family, I point everybody in their direction, every single time they have been genuine keys that activate first time, on a couple of occasions I have had install problems which were machine related and did not stem from anything wrong with the keys they provided, but they have answered support messages promptly, and offered solutions and help which immediately resolved any issues, Instructions are clear, download links are supplied, many times this is a direct link to download direct from Microsoft, I can not fault them and I will continue to use them as my first stop shop for extremely cheap genuine licences.

I've been using this company for years and have never had issues with any of the software.... until today. I dropped an email to Support and the problem was resolved within 15 minutes - thanks Mark.

The instructions were good, I managed to get Windows 10 installed, but after getting the latest Windows update, I cannot start my computer. I hear it is a common problem. I don't know how to solve it. I went through the process all over again, but the problem still exists.

Unitysoft is a Genuine software company. I have been using them for ages. the price is excellent. I have and will continue recommending people.
I will continue buying software's from them. Excellent job please keep it up.
Also please bring the other software as well.
