This is a scam.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would! I ordered a retractable gate and instead got a piece of mesh with flimsy hooks. When I asked for instructions on how to return the item I was told that even though what was sent to me was different than the picture and the description, the company did not feel that my return was justified! And they advertise simple returns. This company is a scam. Do not purchase anything from them.

They advertised that an item performed in a specific manner, in this case, eliminating cooking odors via a countertop exhaust fan. The odors definitely were NOT removed. I contacted the company for a refund, and they refused because the item was not physically damaged, which is ridiculous because, as I said, it did not perform as advertised. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Purchased an external ssd. Wouldn’t work and files were corrupted. Opened it up to find no ssd just a usbc port attached to a board with a memory card. Full scam.

This company is a big rip-off. I ordered two cat/kitten sized GPS tracker collars for my kittens. When they arrived they were way too large to even fit on an adult cat. I messaged them and they said they don't do returns. The collar they sent is way too large for even my adult cat. The photos in the ad made it appear that the trackers were smaller. Probably AI generated photos. Then I decided since I can't use it on my cat, maybe I can use one of them at least on my dog. When I went to set it up, I found it requires a nano SIM card. Which it does not come with. It did not state that in the ad. I am so angry! This is really bad business. This company is ripping people off. Now I have spent $110 for two gps trackers that I can't even use. I may as well throw them in the trash. I wouldn't feel right about selling them to somebody else just to find out they don't work. Do not buy from this company. Also it said these would be delivered within 2 days and it took almost a month for them to arrive. They came from China. I ordered them partly because I needed them sooner rather than later. They don't even deserve a one-star review, but I don't get a choice on that part.

Within an hour of placing my order, i found the same product that was costing $56 for $16. I immediately tried to call the company but there is no phone number just an email. about 12 hours later on the next morning, they responded they received my email and need 24 hours to get back to me. When they got back to me, they said it shipped and it is too late. I did not get shipping or tracking information until much later in the week and have reached out and they will not take the products (not yet received) back.

Purchased gloves as a holiday gift. Gloves did not fit. Vortech refused to exchange or credit. Terrible return policy, unacceptable customer service.

Had a problem with my order but Julieta was prompt responding and ultimately resolving the issue.
Still to receive the goods but very happy it was sorted.

Response was quick and very polite and informative.

After I entered an incorrect shipping address the person responsible for solving the issues was Fiorella I | Customer Support Agent . It took a month and several emails but she got it done. Kudos to here for the completion of the order. I received it yesterday.
