A great company to deal with
Great service. They were very easy to contact when I needed to & I received a quick & helpful response.
When I needed an order quickly they ensured I received it the next day.

Great advice and speedy shipping
Thanks to Tim for great advice and speedy shipping over new year. Just had my first session on the Duotone Glide 2.0 900 and loved it - really well behaved and smooth through turns.

Between your first and second purchase attempts, the item did come back into store, but it was sold in-store rather than online. Unfortunately, our system did not update the stock levels correctly, and we are truly sorry for this oversight.
Please rest assured that we never intend to mislead customers or offer products that aren’t actually available. This was an honest mistake on our part, and we take full responsibility. Your order was refunded promptly, and we apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
