In three appointments I got my new fresh smile. Personable and professional. I have nothing but praise for the Welbeck team.

I had my veneers/crowns fitted by Dr. Ilaty at The Welbeck Clinic, and the results exceeded my expectations. Dr. Ilaty’s attention to detail is amazing, and my new smile looks natural and beautiful. The staff were friendly, supportive, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend the clinic.

Dr Ilaty and her team are just brilliant. I was a nervous patient. I had visited The Welbeck clinic for a combination of veneers and crowns over 10 years ago and needed to redo my teeth following an accident to one front tooth. Now needed implant, crowns and veneers! Dr Ilaty was incredible, she worked up a treatment plan for me, we went at my pace and the treatment is now complete. I adore my new smile and just cannot stop smiling!

Recently got my Composite bonding done for my upper teeth with Dr Jahany, and I couldnt be happier with the whole result and process. Awful .....I broke a front veneer and wanted it replaced so headed to what I thought was a excellent practice near Harley Street. I had had veneers in Cyprus so I had experienced state off the art treatment and the dental architect I had in Cyprus was a artist. I didn't need much input and had excellent results. I assumed when going to wellbeck same would apply I trusted id get a similar service BAD move. I decided to have all top veneers replaced my bottom veneers were fine and in style off rounded Hollywood style. I trusted id get same wrong I was fitted with sharp angular veneers which looked like I'd been chewing rocks . I had at initial stage said rounded veneersand gave multiple pictures from a side view the result was crocodile teeth. It was only aft3 two weeks in place that I went back and said I was dissatisfied. I was told if I wanted them changed the lab would have to be paid £250 per veneer. Id already spent ££12000???¿.

The dentist seemed unaware of my disatifactioon Eventually I looked at there reviews OMG.

In the end working with the head nurse I met with her and really I had to design the veneers myself.

You don't expect to DIY when you pay £12000?

Eventually after multiple feed back on the moc up veneers I got rid of the croc teeth with a acceptable result.

It was the indifference and disappointment which I just couldn't understand and it was clear that the initial feedback pictures etc were not taken on board. I was very stressed by the horod experience but due to my efforts to be a veneer designer and help of lead nurse we got there and I was satisfied. If you buy a car for £12000 you expect it to be exactly perfect.

I would never recommend this dentist who even when I fed back slight changes when I got the temp veneers things I had stated previously were not done and when I took control of the meeting the dentist clearly hesitated when I mentioned the previous instruction. Using my intuition she had clearly forgot and not passed on to lab.

Oh and without prejudice. When the top veneers were fitted I asked for the bottom ones to be cleaned as they hadn't. £145 I was told and I said ok expecting as hygienist clean took 10 minutes and when I looked on their website this was more than a standard hygienist charge by them. Well the clean was substandard and in the end I bought a tool myself and DIY my own clean BETTER!. When I queried the cost a week later I was told I agreed to the cost. And that was that. Call me old fashioned but if you do half a set of teeth at higher charge than a full set, why did I pay more.
Lesson has been learned check trust pilot reviews before you engage a service, unfortunately the experience made me less trusting off any provider in future so guess I have benefited from this experience. So glass half full.

The reply from the Wellbeck something out off a brochure interestingly as the focus on the hygienist clean cost. Which was more than a dentist as I said it took 10 minutes and the result was poor. You'd expect spending 13000 the dentist would have either advised come back for a clean another time or as I would have expected the right thing to do would of been say " off course once were all done I wilbook you in for free'.

The moc-crocktsils fitted as I advised it was because off my previous experience with an artist this was NEVER asked or done. He was the expert and was calculating every perfect result himself and anyway that is irrelevant as at the initisl consultation I had stated rounded snd given over pics which were not asked for all the feedback of the crowns was stated ad rounded so how the moc- croctails were ever moulded and put in my top pallet remains bizarre.

Anyway I got what I wanted in the end so were leave it their. Il add Veneer designer to my CV.

I was admitted for a cochlear implant 18 months ago. I had absolutely no discussion before surgery about possible side effects afterwards. After meeting my surgeon once I never saw him again until after the surgery. I had a general anaesthetic and was outside on the street in a wheelchair, head bandaged, 4 hours later.
I have had disabling dizziness and unsteadiness ever since. I have had 18 months of physiotherapy to no avail. I was an active gym member before surgery. Now I cannot walk in a straight line.

I am frustrated, very upset and sad that my life has deteriorated to such an extent where I can now do very little. My confidence has been affected very badly,

I was ill prepared, and the follow up afterwards was awful, my emails being brushed off and not taken seriously.

Avoid this hospital at all costs. Just because its in London and private does not mean you will automatically get the high standard of treatment you deserve and have paid for.

Amazing for veneers! Love the staff and dr jahany is incredible!!! Highly recommend- they fixed my smile with Invisalign and veneers and I couldn’t be happier!!!!

If you want a terrible experience, a ton of pain and no support then go here!

Communicating with them feels like speaking with a robot, they clearly want to get rid of you but give you the professional diplomatic response of "we're sorry to hear about your pain" while offering no support.
