Hi All,
I have visited this clinic for an initial consultation. Upon my arrival, I was asked to pay £80 which is not refundable. After an initial consultation, the doctor advised me to completely do a make over which costed £8990. I was surprised how come she was very pushy about doing it and her staffs keep calling me to ask for my decision.

Fortunately, a friend of mine has advised me to check in Istanbul. Most people in the UK go there for teeth issues. Oh my God! I have a free initial consultation and after a week I have traveled to Istanbul to get it done. I only paid £2150 including flight, hotel and pick up service from hotel to clinic.

All people out there, please please be very careful when contacted this clinic. for me Istanbul it is. #Valueformoney#

As a big baby who has always been scared of going to the dentist I would like to thank the AMAZING Joanna (Welbeck Clinic's incredible hygienist) for converting me to enjoying my experience and always looking forward to coming to have my teeth cleaned.

Not only is Joanna so thorough, precise and skillful but she is so gentle and kind and makes the experience so relaxing that I often drift off in the chair!

More importantly she is the first Dental Professional to ever advise me how exactly to keep my teeth healthy and clean, with the proof being that I'm now always smiling.

After carefully researching the very best place in London to get veneers, I found and chose The Wellbeck Clinic and Dr Ilaty. I must say that all the positive reviews I read and all the positive expectations I had were not only met, but also exceeded - Dr Ilaty is the best, and you can tell as soon as you meet her. She is incredibly professional and equally lovely, explained the process in every detail, answered my (many) questions with kindness and patience, and of course, delivered as promised - a perfect smile! Zarah at reception was also a star, arranging appointments to suit my busy schedule, and providing an amazing service overall. The level of service and care from the whole team at the clinic is outstanding , Dr Ilaty is a perfectionist and that shows in the results .

My review is not based on the dental staff at all- I was very pleased with them during the consultation. The reason I am giving 1 star is because of how unacceptably rude the receptionist was towards me. Zara was obviously listening to a private conversation between myself and my husband, and then came over to me, interrupting us. She raised her voice and was so patronising. I have since gone to another dentist who has wonderful receptionists.
