Excellent service in refurbishing the diamond cut 20" alloy on my Audi TT RS. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving me a time slot within days and with a 1 day turnaround. They even showed me the refurbishment process upon request when I picked up my wheel.

The wheel was as good as new and with no discernible difference to my other wheels. It even had the 'Audi Sport' logo replaced near the valve.

I would certainly use The Wheel Specialist in Westerhope, Newcastle again (although I hope that I never have to !)

Had a full refurbishment of diamond cut alloys and calipers painted to match the wheels. New centre caps, and two new tyres fitted to the rear. the work was carried out in the time stated and the standard of finish is excellent. the full process is explained by the staff and they keep you up to date on progress as a full refurbishment like this takes a few days to complete.

I had the wheels of my MG TF refurbished and I was delighted with the results. What I particularly liked was the attention to detail during the process. From reception to the wheel refurbishment operator - the customer service was seamless. My car has different front and rear wheel/tyre sizes, so it was critical that the wheels and tyres went back on the car in the exact same positions. They listened carefully to my instructions and this was done exactly as requested and the tyres were all fitted with the correct rotation. The team also fitted my new wheel inserts and saved the originals for me. Having previously had the wheels of my Mercedes refurbished in 2025, this was the 2nd time I have used the services of the Wheel Specialists in Ferndown, Dorset and the experience was just as good second time round.

I have been using The Wheel Specialist's a number of times and every time the service has been exceptional

I had wheels refurbished here, yet despite the car covering fewer than 1,000 miles, never being driven in wet conditions, and only being carefully maintained, the lacquer failed very quickly. My original 8-year-old factory wheel remains in perfect condition; they admitted they use a different lacquer, but could not justify why they do not use a durable, equivalent standard. They refused to rectify the out-of-warranty wheel. I only accepted a refund for the newer failed wheel as I have no confidence in their workmanship or materials. I cannot recommend their service.

What a fantastic company to deal with. Had three alloy wheels fully refurbished. The quality of the work was faultless. They looked like new when finished. The cost was very reasonable and the staff were absolutely fabulous. Nothing was a problem to them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. This is service and professionalism that you rarely find these days. 5 🌟

Went to the Cumbernauld depot..absolutely brilliant service..all four wheels done/new tyres fitted..powder coated with smoked chrome..looks amazing..would highly recommend them

Ferndown, Dorset. Great experience, start to finish. I was a bit worried as I am a bit fussy with anything to do with my car. I need not to have been. The wheels are great and far better than I expected. 10/10 definetley recommend.

Mark at The Wheel Specialist was outstanding, I booked in to have my alloys welded due to air leaks. He was very professional over the phone and in person offered me a colour change of the alloys included in the price and then replaced the BMW cap on the wheels when I asked for them to be replaced. Great service, Great prices and all together a lovely experience which is refreshing. Will recommend to anyone! Thank you to all the team of staff at The Wheel Specialist Swansea!!

Jody and the team in Inverness did an awesome job refurbishing the 19" wheels on my wifes Ford Kuga Vignale. The colour/finishing was exact to the Ford original, so now the wheels look exactly like they did when the care was new... great job, well done to the Inverness team

If you ever had work done here before it closed down, please check all you jacking points underneath your car. I took a clsssic Mercedes into them less than a year ago and whilst the car is currently being serviced, my Mercedes specialist noticed a dent in the under sill caused by jacking the car up in the incorrect position.
Clearly bone idle laziness causing longer term damage
