Shine Reviews

Really friendly engineer who did a great job. Couldn't fault the service.

My first appointment was sometime away from the initial call but then was cancelled and another booked. More than a month before it was due I was called with a booking for 2 days ahead on a Saturday.
The technician contacted with his ETA which was helpful and did a brilliant job.

Impressive work from the technician, good communication too!

Shine kept in constant contact with me and offered me an earlier appointment time.
The guy was pleasant and checked the damage with me and proceeded with the repair.
He worked constantly until finished.
Showed me the finished repair to check I was happy.

Very professional job on our car scratch removed and painted and polished very good job

Shine were great. Had an earlier cancellation date than booked. Harry arrived on time, was very friendly, professional and dealt with all three 'issues' on the car to bring it back to showroom condition. Very pleased with service and happy to recommend.

So convenient that the repair could be carried out at my home. The technician was very friendly and polite and the work was carried out to my total satisfaction.
Would I use again, most certainly although hopefully this won't be necessary.

Scott was really friendly& efficient, he explained what he was going to do and ensured I knew about everything that could potentially not turn out as perfect as wanted. Also informing me on other damage he’s seen. He was really quick and my car was back to new as soon as he was done.

very good service from Shine job done very nicely excellent work done keep it up

I was updated from start to finish, the repair looks flawless.

Arrived very prompt, great attitude and went through options to get best result.
Checked we were happy at each stage.
All done in good time.
Thanks

Friendly operative, got on with the job without interfering with our own schedule, showed me exactly what he'd done.

On time well communication and friendly person

No sign of a scratch any more

Excellent repair technician very professional and efficient.

The technician was awesome. Very friendly and polite - knowledgeable and although he couldn’t solve the problem completely, he had a good go and then gave me some excellent advice for next steps. Very kind chap.

But …..,, The booking process was awful. Took a two month wait for an appointment. If it wasn’t for this, it would’ve been 5 stars

Very friendly nice young man, explained what he was going to do.
Did an excellent job, would highly recommend.

Appointment on time and work began immediately. The result of the scrape repair on the door has vanished - no sign of it at all. It is a superb job and the engineer was very, very efficient. I hope not to have any further damage to my car but if I do, Shine will be my first point of call.

The booking process is challenging: to obtain the best photograph of the damaged area is not easy in bright sunshine but the result is well worth the effort.

Brilliant service from Shine. They contacted me quickly after dealing with my insurance company and arranged an appointment for the same week. Having the repair carried out at my home was really convenient.

They arrived on time, completed the work efficiently with no fuss, and the colleague was very polite and friendly. The repair looks great. I’d definitely recommend them.
