I was booked in for the 29th October
I was booked in for the 29th October. On the 16th October, I had a call to say they had a cancellation was I available that day. I agreed they did cine around 1pm but unfortunately they could only do part of the work. I think it was the 20th the work was completed. Had I know the work was not going to be completed on the 16th October I would not have accepted that appointment. However the work is completed now.

Technician excellent at their job
Technician excellent at their job, took great care and showed attention to detail. Very pleased with the result.
Only issue took a while to get an appointment long enough to do the work. Two booked appointments had to be cancelled as not enough time allocated.

Ooops I’ve done it again!
Although it’s a bit of a wait to have the job done, it’s easy to do and they keep in touch with reminders.
Harry who was assigned to do my car was a friendly and polite young man and did a fab job working in horrendous weather conditions of torrential rain and wind. I have had a couple of unfortunate incidents and Shine have made it easy to get them fix and car looks like new again. Would definitely recommend.

The technician did a brilliant job
The technician did a brilliant job! Because the clocks just went back, it was getting dark, nonetheless, he persevered and did a splendid job.
I know that there were just a couple of small scratches, however, it is a special colour of paint, which he matched perfectly. So, WELL DONE!!!

Appointment brought forward due to a cancellation. Arrived soon after call and was very efficient and the job was completed within 2 hours. Car looks as it did before the damage. Great job!

Excellent customer service at my…
Excellent customer service at my property. Did the job professionally and cleanly. Was easy to speak with.
The booking was not as easy, I got the job dismissed twice, once because the 2nd photo was not taken far enough away. After not hearing from shine after submitting photos again i was told that my claim was not accepted because i could not claim for the black rubber part of my car, i explained that i was not claiming for this as clearly on my photos I was claiming for marks on my paintwork. The guy i spoke to was very rude and arrogant! I did manage get a booking after the call.
The call centre staff need to learn more manners as they are a company let down.
The repair man excelled at his job and is an asset to the company.
