The Window Shutter Company Reviews

We are repeat customers - great experience from start to finish - great customer service, regular communication to confirm delivery time and friendly fitters who left the room spotless. Love our new shutters - worth the wait!

Listen to my requirements and recommended option that best suited rather than most expensive in a non pushy manner

Kept me informed with progress of my order and fitted the windows with no hassle

We had shutters fitted to bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. They look great inside and out and Tim and Martin were super efficient in fitting them.

We were kept updated on delivery and fitting date and can't be happier with the finished work.

Shutters look great - superb service. 2nd time i have used The Window Shutter Company would highly recommend

The shutters are amazing. They are such good quality and have totally transformed our house. Tim was fantastic from the initial meeting, through measuring, quoting and fitting. We couldn’t be happier with the result and the service we received.

Tim from The window Shutter Company was brilliant. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and reliable. We had regular communication about when our shutters would be ready. We are so happy with the final product. Thank you.

Excellent service from the team from the outset. Clear communication throughout, timely updates & swift fitting. We’re really pleased with our shutters & would highly recommend Tim, Liz & the team.

I am very happy with my shutters from The Sussex Shutter Company. Tim and Liz have been fantastic throughout, providing sound advice and a great product whilst acting with the utmost integrity. A slight issue with one shutter, that I would not have even noticed, was immediately flagged by Tim and a replacement ordered at no additional cost. Not something that is often the case these days. I definitely recommend these guys.

Fantastic service from the first visit (quote), to updates during the order all the way through to fitting. Tim and Liz were great and the fitting was done very quickly, efficiently and no mess! The shutters look great and we are really pleased. Would highly recommend.

Once again this company offered an incredible service. From quotation to installation. Effortless. Their expertise and professional skills are outstanding. Their workmanship upon fitting is also incredible. Our shutters look absolutely perfect & our house is complete. We are super happy & we can not recommend Tim & Liz enough. Honestly, as per the title of this review PERFECTION. Thank you so much!

Excellent service from start to finish. Tim came punctually to measure up & the blinds were in stalled on time. They look amazing. Would definitely recommend The Window Shutter Company for excellent value & bespoke service. Really prompt communications from the team & we are very impressed.

Having recently refurbished my Air BNB, the cherry of the interior design were the blinds supplied by Time from The Window Shutter Company Ltd. Tim's service was excellent and not the first time that I've used them. Tim's knowledge on what looks good at a window is second to none. It's quite a science on the looks, slates etc. I was in safe hands. We love our blinds and the service we received and we will be getting more. Thank you.

Every aspect of this process was handled seamlessly and professionally. I was in contact with Liz via email, then Tim came for a home visit - he was helpful and knowledgeable and put no pressure on me. Once our order was placed, I was kept in the loop regarding timescales and then Tim and Martin installed our shutters. The room was spotless when they left and the shutters look wonderful. We are delighted with the service and the shutters and would recommend unreservedly.

Very happy with my experience with this company. Received a very good quote for three shutters. Initial measuring up happened quickly. I was kept informed of the production process and total lead time was as promised. Arranging a fitting date was easy, the product high quality and fitting efficient. Thanks again to Tim and Liz.

We had Tim visit us as the company had come recommended by friends of ours.
We couldn’t be more happy with the workman ship and how well the team communicated with us.
We are very happy with our shutters

Thank you very much for such outstanding service

We like to use small, local services and The Window Shutter Company didn't disappoint.
Tim and Liz were personable, helpful and professional (not 'pushy'!) throughout the ordering and installation of our shutters. We are thrilled with them: the quality, design and fit!

These guys are professionals, a family run local business that really care. Brilliant experience from beginning to end. Thank you!

Tim and Liz are a delight to work with. They have supplied and installed a top quality shutter for my front window. It started with Tim visiting my home to take measurements and discuss my wants/needs. He was very informative so I felt very comfortable making a pretty instant decision in the shutter I wanted to go for. Tim left us with a very reasonable quotation for supply and install. From the moment we deposited Liz has kept us fully up to date with the timings of the shutter arriving and installation date. The installation date went ahead as planned with no delays. Tim installed the shutter under the stressful environment of my house having a dog and 3 young children & with my nan at home as I was at work. He was great with my dog and lovely to my children, so a real pleasure and trusted person to have in the home doing works. Absolutely recommend Tim and Liz for a really easy process and lovely quality product & installation!
Thank you!
