Easy to navigate website and quick and easy to order. The check the company made with the funeral directors resulted in a larger coffin and when it arrived with a toggle missing, the company were really quick to respond and it was all sorted between the FD and company and I didn't really have to be involved. The product was lovely and I saved a huge amount of money so would definitely recommend.

Following the death of my father, it was important to us that any coffin we chose be as eco-friendly as possible. We also wanted to ensure that any wicker or willow coffin we purchased was made using materials sourced in the UK. We ordered the Stansfield Rounded Light wicker coffin from Think Willow as their website stated "Our English Willow Stanfield coffin is our most environmentally friendly coffin design to date" and "English wicker coffins are extremely strong and weight tested up to 23 stone/146kg". Given the use of "English willow" and "English wicker" used in the product description of this coffin, we believed that the materials were sourced in England. We were therefore surprised when our undertaker contacted us to make us aware of the poor quality construction (it has a cardboard shell and is extremely flimsy) and the fact that this coffin had been sourced and delivered from Ecoffins. Having previous experience of Ecoffins, our undertaker contacted Ecoffins directly who assured him that the materials used in this coffin were NOT sourced in the UK and that the product was only MADE in the UK. We contacted Derrick Grant at Think Willow who assured us that the willow used in construction WAS sourced in the UK - this is untrue and has been confirmed as false by Ecoffins. Derrick Grant from Think Willow then emailed our undertaker and stated that “I'd like to clarify that our website states only that the coffin 'is made' in the UK”. Clearly this statement is untrue. As previously stated, the product description on Think Willow's website clearly uses the terms “English wicker” and “English willow”. Despite complaining directly to Think Willow and Derrick Grant on the 14 April 2024, we have yet to receive an acknowledgement or response to our complaint. Please do not order from this company - their product descriptions are false and they do not respond to complaints. Please also beware that the "The Willow 'Risk-Free' Promise - 100% Satisfaction or your money back" promised on their website is untrue - they have not responded to our request for a refund. This situation has caused great upset, turmoil and confusion for my mother and family at an already devastating time. I am shocked that a company that people turn to at their most vulnerable appears to be willing to mislead grieving consumers in order to sell their products.

Delivery was good and the cardboard coffin was really what the family wanted so that we could decorate it and found it a cathartic process.

Coffin delivered quickly. It was good quality. Nameplate was lovely. We were able to decorate it and write heartfelt messages from family and friends in watercolor pens. It was a very therapeutic experience for us and helped enormously in our time of grief.

Following the sudden and unexpected death of my daughter, we were still very much in shock when we approached a local funeral director, as my daughter was still young and loved The Lord of The Rings, we wanted a willow casket for her, the funeral director showed us the coffins on offer and none of them looked anything close to what I’d imagined, the best they could offer was over £1000. I was deeply upset to think that my beloved girl wouldn’t have the right casket, then We found yourselves online and saw exactly what I had imagined, and at half the cost, we were a little anxious about ordering a casket online, we had never thought it might be an option, but I am so glad that we chose you, the casket was delivered to the funeral parlour promptly and was beautiful, it was perfect and a fitting tribute to a beautiful young woman, thank you so much, more people should be made aware that it is possible to buy beautifully crafted caskets without going through the funeral director

Fantastic swift delivery. Great value. So much cheaper than buying it from a funeral director. It was exactly what my father requested for his burial. The cardboard coffin was as very strong and well made. Thank you so much!

Everything was great with the coffin and delivery. We really liked the look. It's what my father wanted for himself. It arrived on time at the funeral home and was easy to carry from the hearse into the crematorium.

My late wife had browsed the Willow site and found the exact coffin that she wished for. She left instructions of her wish and I duly made the purchase which I was delighted with. Timeous delivery to undertakers to which contact was made direct by Willow. Overall very pleased indeed as funeral circumstances are very traumatic.
