The app is generally okay and ultimately serves its purpose, but the experience is let down by confusing terminology and unclear instructions. For example, there is a section asking for "proof of savings," yet it prompts you to upload a payslip—which makes very little sense, as a payslip proves regular income rather than accumulated savings. Additionally, when the app asks you to connect your bank accounts, it fails to specify what information it is actually scanning for. It leaves you entirely in the dark as to whether it needs to see everyday outgoings, a history of savings, or something else. It gets the job done, but much clearer wording would make the verification process far less frustrating.

Easy to follow the step by step instructions.
Intuitive and straightforward to follow.
Verification code took 3 attempts to send, it appears you need to select go back before you can receive a code.
Passport orientation is landscape to capture both page.
The process just ends.
An information page informing the process has now been completed, may be useful. Please contact your agency?
Otherwise very easy to use.

I was using the app yesterday for ID checks etc and had some questions so I called customer support and spoke to Jess who was very helpful, patient and professional. Having been guided by Jess the application was completed in a very short time.

Think that the need to do verification was a complete waste of time. The solicitors that we are dealing with have had identification confirmation previously. Having said that, the person we dealt with (Emmanuel) was very helpful.

Not being very experienced with phone technology, I was struggling with the App but Emmanuel took me through it step by step, and made it easy for me to then complete all my tasks including uploading of documents.
I wish all support IT people would understand that not everyone understands IT on a similar level and all companies would benefit from having a kind and helpful member of staff like Emmanuel.
