The owner is extremely friendly and handles orders quickly. I ordered two things in the same day (the second purchase wasn't planned when I made the first one) and he gave me a refund of the postage cost on the second order without me having to mention it. Ordered 190 Akko x Monsgeek Green Fog switches from Thocc Exchange for a great price and no waiting around to get them from the likes of AliExpress. I love the switches and the service was first class, the delivery was quick and the attention to detail with the packing and a note added to the box from Matty made me feel like a really valued customer, I will definitely be using Thocc Exchange again!
