Very happy with my experience with Thocc Exchange. I ordered a custom sample pack through a very easy process of just sending an email with the switches I wanted, and then followed up with an order of 110 switches to fill out my keyboard. Both times the service was quick and the goods arrived undamaged and in perfect working condition. The prices are also very competitive. Would highly recommend. Excellent show from Matty and the team.

I got a beautiful keyboard from these guys a couple of years ago and it changed my life (I am now a spoiled keyboard princess), but I am pretty useless when it comes to fixing them. I told Matty I was having issues with one of the tech bits (def user error on my part) and he said just send it to me I’ll fix it no problem. Needless to say my precious keyboard was back home within 48 hours of me sending it out. And good as new! These guys are just wonderful and have good hearts, too.

​I just started a keyboard build, and after scouring the internet for a UK based supplier of the switches I wanted (Durock Ice King Tactile switches), I was really pleased to find Thocc Exchange. Lots of information was available on the website, which was full of pictures and is very easy to navigate. I ordered my switch of choice, and several other items, and the experience was 5-star from start to finish.

I was worried about my order getting damaged, but the packaging was incredibly secure and the shipping was fast and easy to track through Shop/Royal Mail. Everything arrived exactly as described and the experience of opening the package was enough for me to join their Discord and want to write a review.

Impeccable customer service.
I ordered 70 switches (In 10 packs, so 7X10 packs). I was quickly notified that they actually only had 58 in stock and offered to refund me for 2 whole bags (even though that meant I would get 8 switches for free). As well as offering me 70 of another switch that Matthew recommended me were similar for completely free. This showcased impeccable customer service and I am certain I will be ordering again.
