I ordered 70 switches (In 10 packs, so 7X10 packs). I was quickly notified that they actually only had 58 in stock and offered to refund me for 2 whole bags (even though that meant I would get 8 switches for free). As well as offering me 70 of another switch that Matthew recommended me were similar for completely free. This showcased impeccable customer service and I am certain I will be ordering again.

Absolutely amazing experience buying switches, the customer experience was unparalelled. The switches were also delivered extremely quickly, overall an unmatched experience. Bought a switch tester along with switches and was very happy with the products. Order arrived quickly and was very happy with the customer service. Matthew even went on to recommend another store that was stocking the switch I was interested in.

One of the best places to buy keyboard parts
Matty is amazingly kind and helpful, and every order comes packaged with the utmost care. I ordered a pack of switches to test and later ordered a set of switches for my first keyboard build. Both orders were shipped same day, and Matty was more than happy to answer any questions I had. I simply cannot recommend this place enough.
