Such an amazing business! Great selection and prices, they make sure every order is perfect and shipped on time. The attention to detail and care is evident in everything, from the packaging to the little extras and handwritten notes they include. Their excellent reputation is well deserved.

Absolutely perfect buying experience. I ordered 90 TTC Frozen Silent Linear V2s to save my wife from the ordeal of hearing me hammering out e-mails on my noisy linears.

I placed my order late on a Friday evening, and I had the switches by the following Wednesday, which was entirely satisfactory.

The switches were expertly and carefully packed, all in perfect condition with minimal need for pin straightening. This isn't always the case with other suppliers! The came with some stickers and a lovely handwritten note to say thanks for the order.

Finally, I'm delighted to see Thocc Exchange's involvement with Andy's Man Club. It's great to feel like you're doing some good whilst making a purchase.

Ordered 100 Blue Cheese v2's, 24hr tracked, they were shipped promptly, came on time. The switches sound great, but there were a few not working, which was quickly rectified by the owner after I let him know. Really great customer service, super helpful, lovely website and great products. Will buy again from them.

I love how I can buy switches by the quantity of 10 because I only needed about 65-ish. No 30 switches laying around!! Delivery is speedy and the package are very nicely padded with materials to make sure that the product is not damaged during transit.

I can really tell how Matty and Chris put their business at their heart, and I cannot be more happy to see a business that put a lot of effort to promote men's mental health with collaborations with charity.

I don't think I've ever had a better experience with a website. Product was ordered in the afternoon, dispatched the same day, and arrived a day early. Ditto for a follow-up order soon afterwards. Both packages had a hand-written note, with the second acknowledging my previous order. Friendly, speedy service.

I've placed a few orders from Thocc Exchange and every single time the communication has been great, the shipping is fast with plenty of tracking information, the products are well priced and accurate when they arrive, and the last time my parcel had a had written note saying 'welcome back!' and to enjoy what I bought with a little smiley face and some stickers. It's a small touch but feels so nice to buy from real people who are reliable and passionate instead of a faceless corp. No complaints, highly recommend :)

Very happy with my experience with Thocc Exchange. I ordered a custom sample pack through a very easy process of just sending an email with the switches I wanted, and then followed up with an order of 110 switches to fill out my keyboard. Both times the service was quick and the goods arrived undamaged and in perfect working condition. The prices are also very competitive. Would highly recommend. Excellent show from Matty and the team.

I got a beautiful keyboard from these guys a couple of years ago and it changed my life (I am now a spoiled keyboard princess), but I am pretty useless when it comes to fixing them. I told Matty I was having issues with one of the tech bits (def user error on my part) and he said just send it to me I’ll fix it no problem. Needless to say my precious keyboard was back home within 48 hours of me sending it out. And good as new! These guys are just wonderful and have good hearts, too.

​I just started a keyboard build, and after scouring the internet for a UK based supplier of the switches I wanted (Durock Ice King Tactile switches), I was really pleased to find Thocc Exchange. Lots of information was available on the website, which was full of pictures and is very easy to navigate. I ordered my switch of choice, and several other items, and the experience was 5-star from start to finish.
