Thomas Brown Estates Reviews

We recently used Thomas Brown to sell my mother in law's house
They kept us informed every step of the way contacting solicitors and buyers to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible
Recommend 100%

Thomas Brown Estates did an excellent job from start to finish regarding our house sale. They got it on the market within hours and had viewings arranged within days. The "Progression Team", particularly Shane, was so helpful and reassuring during the period from "Offer' to " Completion. Excellent service

Extremely happy with Thomas Brown, very friendly staff. They certainly know how to sell houses. Highly recommended

I would fully recommend this estate agent especially the progression team (Shane I think his name was). I brought a house very quickly and had very good communication throughout.

I knew they had a good reputation, and I was proved right. The expertise and honesty from Chris at the start of the process won out over the other estate agents. Then with the Sales Progression manager in Shane every part of the post sale process was catered for and I would look to him above my solicitor!

Great communications , friendly staff , professional from valuation to completion.
Thanks guys!

It was quite obvious that these guys knew what they were doing from the moment we met - they were completely professional throughout keeping us informed of every offer and change at every step. House sold within 2 weeks of hitting the market. I would thoroughly recommend Thomas Brown Estates.

The service provided by Thomas Brown Estates was excellent, start to end. The team was communicative, clear, always easy to reach and very straightforward in their approach. They certainly helped to take some of the stress out of selling our home.

First class service from start to finish. Extremely professional approach enabled us to achieve positive viewings and a top selling price; not difficult to see why they are the ‘top’ agent in Orpington.

Very pleased with the service we received from this Estate Agent, would thoroughly recommend, the team from the start to the finish were great, very helpful. House sold reasonably quickly. The only issues we had came from buyers whom I stupidly gave my number too, lessons learned for next time, so anyone thinking of selling your house, beware, leave all contact with buyer to the agents!

We had been in our home for 25 years and so found the house moving process has moved on! Thomas Brown guided us through every stage offering advice had support when this was requested. The team were all polite, efficient and encouraging. Would encourage anyone considering a move to definitely consider using Thomas Brisn
