I was a first time buyer with very little knowledge about how the buying process works and desperate to get in somewhere as quick as possible. I work in sales and after speaking to other mortgage advisors it felt like one pitch after another, all looking to get as much out of me as possible. I was then introduced to Rob by a good friend who has used him and only him for all of his property purchases over a decade.

After a brief chat with Rob who worked around my schedule I fully understood everything and felt the stress of buying a house fall off me. he made it easy to understand with no pitch involved, straight to the point and helped secure my mortgage very quickly keeping me updated throughout.

Seniya is a wonderful and very hard working young man. I spoke to him as I thought my current broker could be possibly missing something, turns out he did not miss anything! Seniya showed hard work and a diligent attitude and worked very hard to try to find the right deal I highly recommend him. It turns out my current broker is doing everything correctly. Seniya is highly recommended and had my previous broker not spent so much time on this I would definitely go with Seniya. Ethically I cannot jump ship - my morals wont allow it... I was upfront with Seniya... In any future applications and also to friends and family I will certainly reccommend him. He is also a very academic young man we talked about his schooling and he is brilliant at maths. Very professional. Impressed with his hard work...
