Richard and Darren have been fantastic throughout my remortgage process, right from the very beginning. They also helped me with my previous mortgage two years ago, which is why I chose to come back to them. They didn't disappoint, always at the end of the phone, offering advice and support whenever I needed it, and finding me the best possible mortgage deal. They guided me through the whole remortgage process with the bank's solicitors, which became complicated at times, but they were there with me every step of the way.

We used Katie Hartley for our re-mortgage deal and we are so pleased with the service. She advised us of a lower rate to our existing mortgage and locked it in a couple of months before it was due, explaining that we could change if rates went down but meant we were safe if rates went up...which they did! So has saved us money and a lot of time. Always really responsive to calls and emails and kept us fully informed throughout. Highly recommended.
